We have bought a few pieces of art from Galerie Blanche, with the help of the wonderful Sharon. Always happy to inform but never pushy to sell, she really helped us with the best choices for us. Lyne the owner is also very friendly and helpful in our searches. I highly recommend the gallery to anyone interested in contemporary art.

Working with the Sharon at Galerie Blanche made my project so enjoyable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and using pictures from my living room, dinning room, etc.; she digitally inserted some of the art pieces I liked to help with my decision. I made two wonderful purchases!

Loved Montreal, hated our experience at this Galerie. The gentleman manning the front desk was rude and when asked specific questions about an artist, he wasn't sure how to answer. After visiting other galleries on Rue Saint Paul, we quickly found out that every artist in Galerie Blanche is represented by other galleries throughout Canada and many times at a lower price. What a shame!!!

Everyone reviews here how nice the gallery is but unfortunately it is not due to a purchase. The gallery is pretty but their follow through, their poor relationships with their artists is awful! My partner purchased a sculpture by Johann Cote and was given 5% off and free shipping, far less than other galleries but it was what it was. They had to wait for the artist to produce some concrete blocks and then after arriving back in NY, we were told the owner is going to call us as they cannot get the artist to respond to their request for an item that is part of the sculpture. The owner never called and after listening to excuses, we finally got a refund. Then we find out that another gallery up the street has several galleries outside of Montreal that represents the artist and it is no problem as the artist is responsible just not this gallery!!!!

Impressive collection..visiting when touring the old harbor we loved a sculpture of a Candian artist Jean Louis Emond.
After reaching home we decided to have it in our home..Lyne the director and owner treat us very professionally,she took care of the shipment and we got it in 4 days @ our home.
Thank you Lyne we will be back in one of our visits to Canada.

When we travel, we always look out for fine and local art. While strolling the lovely Vieux Montreal area, we were lucky and impressed to stumble upon Galerie Blanche where a mesmerizing tryptic by Allen Egan caught our eyes. The staff told us about the artist, his story, his art. We had the shipped to our new house in San Francisco, and within just a few days we were able to hang it!
Galerie Blanche is a gem of a gallery: we'll stop by next time we are in Montreal and so should you.

Our purchase of a bronze from Galerie d'art Blanche was a good decision. Lyne researched our request, determined a way to get the bronze, and offered a very suitable price. She followed up with information each step of the way, right up to delivery to our front door. We hope to do business again with Galerie Blanche!
