    We had lot of fun
We visited it in very rainy day and expected it will be full of people. We paid for 2 tickets (seniors) incl. tax 56.34 dollars. Luckily for us it was not crowdy so we could enjoy each type of illusion. The staff took our wet raincoats and store them in room next to the reception. We spent several hours there. The only thing I would recommend is to put a few chairs around for elderly people or for having a short break. Toilets were clean.

This was the highlight of our trip!! It was so much fun, and the staff were so helpful with suggestions and picture-taking. It only takes about an hour, and its located near great restaurants, etc.

It was OK to visit ,some of the illusions were good, others not so good, like others have said ,if it's busy ,then not so great, pricey for what you see but worth a peek ,

Very small museum with lots of people inside. Nothing impressive, mostly pictures on the wall with subtle to no illusions. Not worth the time or price

Very close to Place d’Armes metro station (3 minutes walk); makes it quick and simple to get to. We got there a bit early (10 minutes before our reservation), so I thought they would have us wait before getting in, but they invited us in the exhibit right away after checking our coats (no extra charge). It was nice not to wait, but looking back, it was very crowded and it feels like they should control the amount of people better.

It is a rather small museum and it often felt like we couldn’t have a calm and uninterrupted moment to appreciate and get to understand the illusions properly. For some of them, a certain distance was recommended to see what there was to see and the crowd walking around and in front of you made it difficult. Also, we relied on reading the instructions to understand what to do. It would have been nice to have one or two employees walking around to answer questions and and help with some of the proper positioning.

Another reason for some employees to walk around the exhibit would be to witness and fix some of the inconveniences. There was some water dropping from the ceiling in some areas (I was told it was the air conditioning system (can’t imagine how it would be in the summer time); there was a spill that was identified (so we wouldn’t step on it), but was not cleaned for the whole time we were there; near the « main attraction », the tunnel, there was a very strong urine smell (metro station like), which was very unwelcoming; finally, for some of the few logic games, they instructions where half erased and no one to fill in the blanks. This is a brand new museum and it looked and felt very used and in need of TLC in some areas.

There is potential with the concept, but a lot of improvements would be required in order for the entry fee to make sense. My 9 year old really enjoyed herself overall (she has no notion of how much it cost), but as an adult I was definitely hoping for a more pleasant experience.

Very fun and interactive. Cool trick pics and illusions that make you scratch your head. Went when it first opened to avoid the crowds. It does get very congested with lots of little kids but going early was a good strategy. Spent about an hour there.

It was fun but WAY overpriced. $106 for two adults and two kids for 35 minutes - that’s all it took to go through. If you’re on a budget, don’t bother.

In terms of attraction, this is a place that I would recommend to visit.
However, for the one and a half hour spent there, I find that it is rather pricey. The place is not huge, and when we went, it was not overly crowded.

Tickets can be purchased online, to avoid line up or on site at the same price. When purchasing online, one would have to choose preset time to visit, to spread the flow of traffic. If you were delayed for a specific time that you booked, I'm sure that they would not turn you away.

We came as a group of 9 and it was fun time to compare notes and sensations. The kids were especially thrilled although some illusions were more abstract and geared towards adults. They do play tricks on the mind.

One of my favourite was the tunnel which was totally immobile, with overhead turning lights. It really gives me a sensation that the tunnel was turning, to the point that I have to retreat.

Take lots of pictures and videos as they would be memorable time spent with family and friends.

Happy to see staff occasionally cleaning the objects.

Access is difficult, large steps and no ramp. There is no place to sit; once you go in you’ll be on your feet for the duration of your visit. There are no bathrooms here.

Many of the presentations are contemplative and require some time to view, understand and think about. Because all of the illusions are visually based, the experience is undermined when others walk between you and interrupt your observation. The overcrowding and small space contribute to this.

Separate hours for adults only should be established. The dozens of unruly children seriously detracted from our ability to fully engage and enjoy this experience.

If you are able to set these issues aside, this museum has a lot of fascinating material to offer and explore, some of which can be truly thought provoking with regard to how we experience and interact with the environment around us.

Sadly, due to the issues mentioned above, this museum has yet to realize its potential.

Was a very trying experience. for both my friend and myself. Although very interesting and a different type of experience it is not meant for older people nor anyone of any age not 100% physically strong - at all! There is absolutely nowhere to sit, stop, or rest even for a moment once you are inside. Not even in the entrance/lobby! There is literally not even one chair/seat.
Inside is very, very crowded and narrow, mobbed with people and many, many young kids. The outside entrance has two very high, large steps with no railing, nothing to hold onto. Unless your balance is perfect, good luck! I don't know who thought it up, but my driver literally had to carry us down to get out!!!
How does that even happen these days??? I thought the population was aging and that new places here needed to be built according to accessibility standards.
