This studio has a warm, welcoming vibe from the moment you walk through the door. They offer a variety of classes for all levels of yogis, and have cards at the foot of each mat so you can indicate whether or not you want to be adjusted, which is super respectful and unique! I have taken classes with the owner Tanya for years, and have never had a class that did not bring me exactly what I needed in that moment. I highly recommend this studio!

Enso delivers a serene and enjoyable yoga experience. Had the good fortune to frequent Enso several times during my 2wk intro unlimited yoga package...and loved each visit.

Well, loved ALMOST each visit. Not sure why, at such an exquisite yoga studio, they teach pilates with night-clubby dance music blaring at full volume while the instructor simultaneously barks arobics instructions to the class (?)...but hey, nothing can be perfect, right?.... :)

Enthusiastically recommend both hardcore or occasional yogis to try them out...you wont be disappointed. Maybe skip the pilates, though. :)

We had a pass from Auberge Bonaparte where we were staying and for the price (free!), it was amazing. If I was to attend as a gym member though, it would be different. The primary members were in training sessions; we seemed to be the only ones who weren't. It was a laid-back gym, though, and well-equipped, although the treadmills were being repaired. There was only one spin bike, one rowing machine but plenty of free weights and weight machines.

I registered my 9 year old twin boys to the kids yoga class on Saturdays and we all loved it. The teachers, the room, the welcoming place :) Especially the 5$ drop in for moms while the kids are taking their own yoga class. It's a great class and the teacher is very good with the kids. My kids had never done yoga before.

This was my first Tarot reading, I really enjoyed meeting Amparo
She made me felt such that home feeling of safe, kind and peace.

Regarding the future events shown on cards, most became possible.

    Thank you Amparo,
    God Bless You.

I used to go here all the time, since they were on St-Laurent. I used to recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately, their service and quality has disappeared! Dont go here, unless you want bad memories.

A peaceful practice in a space taken care of by the Mysore community for 20 years in the infamous Belgo arts building.
    Such a treat!

Here I discovered hot flow yoga, which is in a hot room and you sweat a lot, they also have hata flow / yin yoga, etc..
the yoga room is very comfortable, they also have always available chai tea and water at the lobby. they rent mats for 2 dollars and you dispose of showers and change room if required.
The teachers are very professional, every of them have their own way to practice, they are always inviting you to participate in activities and join happy tree community.
Now they have greats deals for summertime, discounts so then you could buy a package for few months.
It's located in downtown so is easy to get there.

In terms of yoga studios, this one is near and dear to me. Every time I practice I always feel at home and taken care of.
This community has been around for 20 years in the heart of Montreal and you feel the history. Honestly will always come back when I am in Montreal.

A friend and I stopped in for a class at this amazing studio, while vacationing in Montreal. Very sizable studio with lots of experienced yogis. We were very pleased to learn that a first class here is complimentary, so the price was certainly right! We were interested to learn that the studio has a sauna that students are free to use, and I would have very much enjoyed doing so but I didn't bring a swimsuit and clothing is required due to it being co-ed. I didn't love the actual class because the instructor used so many props and did so many different things that it was difficult for me to get into a flow/meditative state that I enjoy. However, there are tons of classes offered throughout the day with various teachers, so I'm certain you can find an instructor here that you'll connect with. A vice nice thing that I've not seen at a studio prior is a little tearoom where the instructor meets students after class and visits with them. Overall, I'd most definitely recommend this studio to others and I would absolutely visit again when visiting the area.

Traveling for work always puts me in the mood for a yoga class. ;)
Yoga on the park has a lot of props available and does not charge for use of house mats. It is clean and simple as you would expect. I attended my first candlelight yin class after work. Queues were in English and soft voice and easy to follow. I would have appreciated some music or soothing sounds as there was some noise from outside traffic although I can understand that some instructors feel the addition of music can be distracting. The instructor was attentive-even remembered my name while providing adjustments. I would definitely visit again if I’m in the area.
