Only 25% of the collection was available for viewing. I wish their website would update the public as to when the remainder of the collection will be viewable.

A few things you should know this is a free museum! Make sure to check the opening hours and days.
Most likely well maintained just need a little more cleaning and maintenance but its running by donations since its totally free to get in.
It’s a beautiful place to come with your family or kids it’s located in the mcgill campus and has 3 floors.
Expect that most of the fossils, artefact, antique are not real but it’s mostly about learning and getting informed about these things.
Overall a cool experience to do for free when you have time in downtown!

We had a few hiccups starting out, Trip Advisor had the opening time wrong and they only give tours at pre-set times, either in English or in French. The staff were able to accommodate us though and we were able to get a tour, which lasted an hour. I wish it was longer, it was very informative.

Île de la visitation is a beautiful nature park in Northern Montreal and is an ideal place for a day out or picnic with the family. There are some beautiful trails to do some long walks and do some exercise. There is also some great spots for photos. You will enjoy a visit for sure.

This Catholic Cemetery is located on part of the Mount Royal Mountain. It is the biggest one in
Montreal and has some important historic people buried here. You can stroll around slowly in car or book a tour to see who is buried here. It is a beautiful Cemetery to come and visit. The main entrance is on Cote Des Neiges.

We have seen this area, also known as Parc de Dieppe, from the Vieu Port. While not easy to get to, it is worth the trip. Great view looking back onto Old Montréal. Places for relaxing, BBQ, and seeing fireworks when on at the Six Flags amusement parc. Discovered some neat surfing area on the South side of the peninsula, too. There is some car parking under a highway just before you enter the parc. You leave the main road, don’t go to the Casino! Accessible also by bike, bus, walking. The parc is a food desert, so plan to bring what you want to eat, drink with you.

This open air museum is free to enter and is located at the end of canal Lachine. There are numerous structures at permanent display here which may require a few hours to explore thoroughly. The area is very popular with locals on a weekend for picnics and gathering. If you want to have more space and peace to explore, it's better to go during the day.

We noticed this place across the road from our AirBnb and thought we would give it a go. It’s an Hour session and Ben, our instructor, helped us start. It is harder than it looks but once you get a few throws to stick, you get addicted!! Make sure you do the interactive game with changing targets and games to play. Definitely need to try at least once in your life!

Amazingly diverse cross section of Montrealers of all ages and persuasion. Theme musical nights, cocktails and beer. Great views and people watching, friendly staff all in a beach atmosphere.Truly unique in this city and a friendly vibe. FYI pet friendly so you will see well behaved dogs, cats and Unidentified creatures.

I was part of a party of 2 here and we were able to finish the murder mystery game without any troubles. You do need to be ready to order (and therefore pay for) quite a bit, but they do have some alcohol-free options available for at least some of the drinks on the list required to complete the game, so if you're overwhelmed by the idea of drinking a lot to "win" a game, bring a friend and take your time and you'll be just fine.

The decor and props were great! Everything functioned well and there was a good variety of puzzles and challenges. Loved the costumed character who introduce you to the ‘mansion’ and explained the room. Our only complaint was that the room was uncomfortably warm and could really use a few fans. Overall we had a great evening and plan to come back and try the other rooms!

BEST Special Boutique for a WARM COZY COAT! The very knowledgable and kind owners of this of this 2nd generation fur proprietor offer a stunning selection of fur and fur-trimmed stylish coats, capes, hats and beautiful wardrobe items. Located in Old Town after visiting the Basillican Notre Dame, I bought a red cape with matching Hat that will be my favorite to wear during the Winter months and Holiday Season. The SERVICE and time and attention stands out along with the HIGH QUALITY items. Supporting community businesses is one of my favorite things to do, and chatting with the owner made my day. Pop by this shop when in Montreal and you will be happy! Also true Art Lovers will enjoy the original Gallery of Fine Art next door.
