what a fun way to get out of the tourist zone and see so much of the city! highlights included Mont Royale and of course the fresh warm bagels! appreciated clear communication about the tour and cost, and also the recommendations for places to eat in the city!

It was written for one pedal boat, 2 adults and 2 children for $29. However, one of the employee didn’t even bother asking how old the children were (both were under 14) and directly said that we were not allowed because we were all considered adults. Please be informed with the rules and policy of your posters and not trick the visitors. Otherwise, the ride was fun. Thank you.

An amazing tour of Montreal on e-scooters. Our guide David was was great. We started we a quick training session using the scooter and then we were off to see the sites. David was very carefully to make sure we stayed together and stayed safe in the traffic. He was knowledgeable on the history of the city and the neighbourhoods. The highlight was riding up to Mount Royal and viewing the city from up high.

For a corporate event, my experience was less than satisfactory. The boat was barely ready for guests to embark. Generally a venue/vessel would be ready at least 15 minutes prior to embarking. They were barely ready at the charter time. We cruised back and forth in the same area which was more industrial. We were told, on the charter, that due to the short cruise time, we weren't able to cruise further up the river; even if we could, there wasn't much to see. The DJ barely made it on the boat in time for the cruise and played club-like vs corporate-oriented music, despite being spoken to several times. Furthermore, we are owed a credit and have been all over the owner since post-cruise. It is almost 3 months since we've been owed the refund and haven't seen a penny, nor will the owner respond to repeated emails!

Allo Velo is a hip bike rental shop in Griffintown, meters away from the canal bike path and old montreal. Its is so hip it even has a cafe inside. My friend and i rented their city bikes and had lattes while we waited. The staff were super friendly and came outside to show us how to find the bike path. Affordable and included lock and helmets

There was this gentleman working there named Miguel. He was so friendly and helpful and accommodated to all of my needs. His knowledge seemed very refined and it helped me feel comfortable while making my purchase. I am very happy with my Marin bike and it works like a charm! Thank you to all involved and I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended

After 20 bikes rides throughout Europe/North America, it was a pleasure to discover Quantum Velos.

Not only were they willing to rent new e-bikes for a week, but they provided advice concerning the battery charging, light systems and proper use of the 3 levels of electric assist, as well as providing a helmet, lock, tube and water-proof pannier.

All of this was obtained at a very reasonable price, and having e-bikes allowed us to bike 100 km days without any problems. I highly recommend this shop.

TERRIFIC experience renting bikes for a ride on the Lachine Canal in Montreal! We are sedentary types and I'm not quite 6 months out from a knee replacement, not exactly Road Warriors. The folks at Ma Bicyclette set us up with their "City Comfort" bikes. Both were Cannondale, mine was an 8-gear Adventure with a nicely padded seat, low step-through. They were $15 an hour with helmets. They provided a map and we rode the approximately 9 km to the point in Rene Levesque Parc and came back in two hours (so experienced cyclists could do it a lot faster!) The path is busy, bumpy in spots and there are a couple of steep spots getting across or under roads, but if I could do it, anyone could.

We don't speak a bit of French and they accommodated us very politely, adjusting my seat until it was juuuust right, which made my ride so much nicer.

Incredibly expensive! I can’t believe is the company the City hire for public parks to rent us equipment. We were about to spend $70+ for renting ski de fond gear, meaning shoes and skies for 2 adults 1 kid. This is outrageous considering they are established in the most crowded parks in the city. Not worth it at all. We ended going to verdun where the gear is free. And there are other places where at least kids are free.

Just to confirm with what so many are saying, Bixi has a terrible docking system (often does not register, despite the bike being solidly in the dock). And the real issue is that they use this problem to make money. I recently had to pay $57 for a 9 minute ride. When I contested the charge, they stated that they had to charge me because they sent a technician to rectify the issue. However, on the day of the problem (I was on the phone with them multiple times, what a waste of valuable time), they said it was NO PROBLEM to send a technician and there would be no extra charge. What a lie! FYI, I am not a tourist, I live here and am still screwed by Bixi. Be careful, they say anything to make money. Very sad, as it should be a great service to the city.

Jannik und his team are really nice and professional and rent well maintained and good bikes for a fair price. We had a great day in Montreal on bike - started out Mount Royal and went for a race on the Isle Notre Dame. Great way to experience the city! Thanks to JR!

I would recommend KSF to all surf lovers. From beginners to advanced surfers, the private and group classes are just awesome!
I am so happy with my classes, I will take a few more very soon.
They care, they are competent and it is obvious that the staff is happy to teach and surf! Makes such a difference 🙂
Pierre-Phillipe Loiselle knew how to adapt my class to my needs and really took the time to educate me on the terminology, techniques, and corrected me all throughout the class. I learned so much, and it was so much fun!!!
They rent quality equipment onsite which makes it a hassle-free one stop place to get equipment, learn and have fun in a safe environment.
Thank you to the whole team!
