What travellers are saying
- WheresDaisyDukeNew York754 contributionsThis is a wonderful Gaudi designed cathedral. Make sure you buy your tickets on line and get there at the allotted time. The whole experience is very easy if you are organized ahead of time. Too beautiful and unique to out into words - but this is unmissable.Written July 19, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - A_Traveling_NorsemanPhiladelphia, PA182 contributionsMy family purchased the Blue Ticket through the Casa Batllo and we really enjoyed the self-guided audio tour which took just an hour. Places to eat before or after your visit are nearby.Written July 20, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Clarissa MacedoQuebec City, Canada195 contributionsInteresting experience to visit this Parc with lots of Gaudi pieces of art and amazing views of Barcelona. The weather was not very pleasant because of the heat. The parc was crowded and it was hard to take good pictures. Overall, nice experience.Written July 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Clarissa MacedoQuebec City, Canada195 contributionsBig variety of foods, drinks and many more. It’s a paradise for people like me, who love to visit and eat fresh food.
The downside is the amount of tourists.
It’s hard to move around and you must be careful with your belongings.Written July 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Rich in details and ornaments it is a monument of better days of Spain and Catalonia. The place is quite frequented, so better book tickets in advance and in the early morning hours - before the guided tours show up.Written July 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Christina PMontreal, Canada81 contributionsThis was a very nice tourist attraction with interesting architecture. I don't think the guided tour is worth it, the audioguide is very useful.Written June 19, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - dg2014jgMagnolia, TX1,082 contributionsI had wanted to see this area and to look all the way down to the Venetian Towers. Unfortunately, there was no water. Best to see this with the fountain operating and the light show in place.Written July 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Raintree_ThailandBangkok, Thailand4,206 contributionsMagnificent church, built in the 14th century. It is relatively plain on the outside and without a great deal of art on the inside, but the incredibly high vaulted ceiling and soaring columns let great deal of light in and imbue a heavenly feeling. While there is apparently a charge to enter in the daytime, we were able to enter in the early evening without payment.Written June 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - James DwyerFlackwell Heath, UK14 contributionsWe visited with two boys aged 10 and 8. Although the Nou Camp is under constriction and therefore not open, we had a brilliant trip. The museum is excellent and really well done, and the virtual tour and Robokeeper are great fun. We spent a morning there and weren’t disappointed with any of it.Written April 10, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - dg2014jgMagnolia, TX1,082 contributionsYour best plan is to book a hotel in this area for your visit to Barcelona. The streets are lined with trees. The restaurants are very good. The shopping is wonderful. We can walk up and down, and there are benches scattered around to take a break. I love this street.Written July 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Erena RoweNelson, New Zealand14 contributionsWe were there before the tourism protests. We enjoyed the area, we kept away from La Rambla as there is nothing to get excited about, extremely touristy and tacky. However the restaurants at the other end looked okay. We spent most of our time in the gothic area, and looked for restaurants/cafes away from the main streets. We always had good food and service. The two different hop on hop off bus companies always seemed busy, but it’s good way to look around especially if your jet lagged!Written July 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
