This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Spain. Chef Juan, aka "Juanderful," is fun, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about everyone learning and having a great time. The class really felt like a big family cooking together. I attended with my two daughters, ages 10 and 8, and they had an absolute blast. My very picky 10-year-old, who usually can't even stand the smell of seafood and "hates vegetables," not only helped cut squid but also tried a little of everything. That was a huge and surprising plus! The food we made was absolutely delicious. We prepared toast with shredded tomatoes, strawberry gazpacho, potato tortillas, paella, and crema catalana. Every single dish turned out incredibly flavorful. I cannot recommend this class enough!
