Begin this walking, wine, and tapas tour in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter at Plaça Sant Jaume. Learn about the city’s cuisines, culture, landmarks, and history from your guide as you stroll to the first of four tapas bars. Take your place among the locals in the bar and discover the art of tapas including etiquette, how to order, and sharing. Taste Spanish cheeses and dishes like spicy patatas bravas (fried potatoes), pimientos de pardon (padron peppers), octopus, and Iberian ham while sipping regional wines. (Note vegetarian and food allergies in Special Requirements when booking.) Complete your tapas and wine experience by wandering to even more tapas spots, where you continue sampling and learning about Catalonian culture and cuisine. Tour includes tapas and drinks; midday and evening are available. Select the flamenco upgrade to experience a show with a drink after the tour.

    Breathtaking tour
    I knew this trip was going to be good, but I was blown away by both Park Guell and the Sagrada Familia. Francesco, our guide, was so incredibly informative. He shared so much knowledge with such enthusiasm and was totally captivating. Park Guell was charming, extraordinary and breathtaking in equal measure. Then the Sagrada Familia was simply stunning and you just have to marvel at the creation of Gaudi's masterpiece from artistically, architecturally and mathematically.

    Montserrat did not disappoint. Beautiful views, history and a spiritual experience. MK was our guide. He was knowledgeable, funny and a joy to be follow through the Montserrat and seeing the Black Madonna.

    Great tour! Hits the highlights on Barcelona
    The tour guide was informative and entertaining. You spend about 60 min in Park Güell, then they give you 30 min or so to explore on your own and take photos before meeting up to take the bus to the church. The Basilica is amazing. The way the light comes in through then stained glass windows is breathtaking. Note: you don’t get to climb any of the towers or go in the spiral staircases on this tour.

We went to three different small eateries / shops and tasted both the tapas and the wines of these shops. Very good experience, met new friends, learned a lot. Will plan to incorporate a food tour into every new city from now on

Excellent tour of Catalunya fare and History

Merak was an excellent tour guide who brought our group to several amazing culinary experiences. Our favorite food tasting was the croquettes at Llamber. We have enjoyed this meal at three fine establishments across Catalunya, but this was our favorite. Merak was very personable and informative on our tour and kept us entertained the entire trip. I highly recommend booking a tour with this company and hopefully you are lucky enough to have Merak as your Pilot.

Marak is incredible!
Marak was so so informative, friendly, and was an amazing guide. They worked well with my dietary restrictions so we were able to eat and drink with no stress.

We loved this tour! Our guide Jay was engaging, friendly and fun. The information he gave us was interesting, and the restaurants were great. My husband and I highly recommend this tour, and think it was a great value.

Food and FUN!
We had the most amazing tapas and wine tour with Miro! The walk took us to the most beautiful places that we would not have discovered on our own. Miro used his knowledge and charisma to make our tour interesting and personal. And the FOOD- eat plate more delicious than the last. A lovely combination of simple ingredients and excellent taste, alongside higher end presentation, made for a wonderful experience in Barcelona. Would highly recommend this tour and Miro as the most amazing tour guide!
