I found Riera Baixa Street a rather boring street to visit,if your on holiday and your into your retail therapy there are some boutique and vintage cloth shops here, they looked busy but of i have no interest at all in shopping while on holiday, that said the architecture here is quite good, some great examples of Gothic style architecture but I wouldn't go out of my way to go to this street.
If your a keen shopper then a street that you should head to but for me I found the street a bit boring.

Do stop here!!! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to talk to you, help you and educate you. They are super nice and the variety alone is enough for you to spend hours. If you don’t have time to stop here, do yourself a favor and make time. Gracias Xavier!

This has always been an incredible spot for me to visit in Barcelona! Aquiles, the proprietor, has a great eye for cool older items, and the prices are all very reasonable. Sometimes you can even find real treasures like antique Modernist architectural elements, which are a passion of mine. On my most recent trip I bought *three* different beauties - an Art Deco ring, a Nouveau/modernist photo frame, and an original marble sculpture from a Catalan sculptor I adore (Lladuró). Aquiles is the kind of dealer who is honest and fair in how he presents prices, and is knowledgeable about the history and value of his pieces. He's also great about arranging international shipping, FYI!

This is such an exciting store, especially for any pen/notebook/paper/writing nerd, but really it's worth popping in if you're in the area (which you will be, haha) because it's a lot of cool stuff to behold with really friendly staff!

What a great place to visit! If you are a musician or love music this is a place to go. Lots of music scores and interesting knick-knacks.
