I personally look for options that come highly regarded as safe and reputable- I could really not care about the price for transfers, especially in cities I am unfamiliar with (such as Barcelona) as long as the situation makes me feel safe.
All I can say is that Roman (and Rueben) were absolutely FANTASTIC! I sent Roman an email 6 months prior to our cruise with multiple pickups (from BCN to our hotel, hotel to cruise port, cruise port to hotel and hotel to BCN). Roman answered my emails quickly (within hours) and I sent quite a few.
Rueben (who is one of the drivers who works with Roman) assisted us on three of the four transfers with Rueben assisting on the last. They were both early (prior to our arrival time), the car/van were extremely clean/tidy, they know the city really well as they are both born/raised there. While we transferred around the city, they offered solid insights into neighborhoods, restaurants that we should check out. Both were so very friendly which also put us at ease while we transferred around the city.
You can pay with cash or card in the car once you arrive at your destination each time. I had two large rolling suitcases and my husband had one large rolling suitcase and one carry on- so we booked the car rental (not the van) and this worked out just fine.
I cannot speak more positively about Roman/Rueben/this company. - Kali WOakland, CA84 contributionsSoaking in hot water is a favorite method of relaxation for me, and AIRE Ancient Baths in Barcelona did not disappoint. The space was clean, relaxing, and there was plenty of room so that you didn’t feel crowded by others that were enjoying the baths at the same time. I booked a scrub followed by a massage, and to be honest I still feel a bit boneless from it all.
I don’t speak Spanish, and all of the staff were extremely helpful in communicating with me in English.

Marta's class was fun and very educational, and now I feel I've learned the skills to make a GREAT paella. Marta was patient and terrific at explaining her process, she opens up her home to a small group so we not only learn together but eat together. The best experience after almost three weeks in Spain, we highly recommend this class! We happened to visit during an open mic session, and let me tell you, the performers were absolutely outstanding. They exceeded all my expectations. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a hidden gem that may be a little out-of-the-way, but once you find it, you'll realize it's actually very close to the Rumbla and easy to access. The vibrant energy of the place is infectious, and it was packed to the brim with enthusiastic jazz lovers. If you're looking for a memorable and vibrant experience, this is the place to be. We chose this because we felt an hour was enough, and it was. But we would have liked a bit of explanation of what flamenco is expressing, and what certain things meant. Still, we have Google.
Fair value for money. We chose the middle section and it was fine. We were in the front row of our section and that was good for our two short people.
