What travellers are saying
- Cj.yBarcelona, Spain81 contributionsNice cinema, good price for some popcorn and drink. There’s a big variety in movies. I liked that the movies are in the original language (with subtitles)Written December 29, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - epstefanLondon, UK48 contributionsI ate with my friends here and I have to say that the place is really nice with polite service but,
I didn’t like the chairs, they were very uncomfortable, looked like those of the school of many years ago and specially the food.
I’ve order the most expensive plate that they had. The Octopussy, 15€ for a small plate without flavour.
Was the same for my friends with the others meals.
I repeat, really nice place but the food is expensive and nothing special.Written February 11, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The experience was a little like stepping back in time, in a beautiful theatre which is not very expensive.
I went to the Halloween night session, the first film being Critters (cheesy but very funny and actually really good to see on the big screen). However, I was disappointed by the choice of secret film. Rather than a good old classic scary ´horror´film like Nightmare on Elm St, Halloween etc, it was the very naff and not at all scary B movie The Toxic Avenger.I´d never seen it before so I gave it a chance. I left after 30 minutes as did quite a few other people who I am assuming were, like me, expecting a typical jump out of your skin horror film for the night that was in it.
I will definitely go back to Phenomena. The lineup is usually really good, the cinema is a classic institution, and it is favorably priced, but I will be sure to know what I am going to see next time to avoid disappointment.Written November 1, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Here, you can see some interesting movies that are not found in more commercial cinemas. Moreover, with a single ticket you can see all the movies of the day, so it can be quite cheap. All in all, it is a sure choice for cinema lovers.Written January 16, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - SalvadorB39 contributionsGreat cinema in the center of Barcelona. Now the films are in original version. Fantastic popcorns. Comfortable seats and big screens.Written June 2, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- MaxBarcelona, Spain16 contributionsIt is a cinema complex inside the Arenas Shopping Center, which was an old bullring. A great option to watch movies.Written May 21, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Golan RamrazBarcelona, Spain4 contributionsOne of the worst theater experiences I've ever had. The staff is rude. The management are worse. The audio is muddy. The visuals are murky. The place is dirty. It's just unpleasant all around. Now finding out they're also racists just makes it all the worse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Written February 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- AlbertSalichsManresa, Spain22,077 contributionsCinesa Som Multiespai are cinemas located in the surroundings of Barcelona, the main city of Catalonia. They are in Some Multiespai mall, where there also are some shops and restaurants. I came here with my 8 years daughter to watch Kung Fu Panda 4, which was very nice. The place is very comfortable and she enjoyed. Very good.
