Bare bones place to sleep (poorly). If you are looking for no frills and like a hard bed, this might be acceptable.
The heat was off in our room when we checked in and it was REALLY cold. The key cards and locks are really cheap and deprogram very easily. This was an issue for multiple families. Beds are very hard. The shower was dirty…pebbles sprayed from around the drain when I turned the water on. The shower had two options….either hellfire hot or cold. There was no way to adjust for comfortably in between. I like my showers hot and it was too much for me.
You can’t call to front desk from the room. The staff says hello twice and then hangs up because they can’t hear you. They are aware of the problem, but they haven’t fixed it. The sink isn’t actually mounted to the wall and it has a strange faucet adaptor that so drastically reduces water pressure that it is challenging to rinse after brushing or to clean your tooth brush after. Our three small towels were replenished daily, but literally nothing else was done during our stay….no trash removed and no beds made.
Worst of all, housekeeping entered our room twice before check out time without even knocking. Thank God I was already dressed after showering. Staff was polite, but not all that helpful. Likely because the owners aren’t making it possible to fix the issues. The front desk was often unmanned and there is no call button or chime, so you just have to wait around for that particular staff person (others can’t or won’t cover).
The only saving grace was being located close to base and a decent breakfast….just don’t take anything back to your room because they have signage that says they will charge you for doing that.
This may be your best option because of proximity or cost, but know what you are getting.

We were visiting my son at the Navy base and like the location only 10 minutes away. The hotel is clean and rooms have a small refrigerator. We were on the first floor and I could hear floor creak above. Floors are pergo and no carpet in the rooms, so it was difficult for me to sleep on the first night. Breakfast is bare bones (no protein) and coffee ran out on Saturday morning and no staff around in the dining room to refill or restock!! Instead, we went out nearby and loved brunch at Wild Berry, which is incredible. Ok to stop for a quick trip but bring your own snacks.

Overpriced, too expensive for what is offered. Luckily stayed one night only. Dusty room, furniture needs upgrade. The location is great to attend the Navy graduation, that was the only good thing. Do not recommend. Sleep Inn next door, looks better from outside....

My children and I stayed last night at the days inn. We checked in super late because I had trouble finding a room for the night. My previous stays had been at a very unsatisfactory hotel so I didn’t have much faith in hotels anymore and found myself buying disinfectants and travel sheets and asking for freshly washed towels, but the days inn was completely different. I didn’t have to use any of the things i bought. With the covid crisis going on they made everything as contactless as possible. The room was amazing you could slightly smell the disinfectants they used and from that moment I was reassured that they really took extra time and care to make you know they care about your health and safety. They really make your stay comfortable. It’s definitely a place I would return too. Me and my children’s stay was lovely. I provided a picture of us enjoying our room.

My family stayed at this Days Inn and the premises are kept very clean, this facility gets disinfected constantly thus my family and me feel safe from catching covid here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is also quite convenient because is near to any location i need to go. I'm glad we stayed here. Thank you for everything.

i have stayed at this hotel a few times for a work trip and really enjoyed the experience! The hotel staff was caring and thoughfull about my stay and safety precautions into consideration to keep the guest and staff safe i was lucky enough to stay in a renovated room on the secound floor.it seems as if they are making some good changes to the room i saw the staff spraying disinfsctant in all the entrances multiple times through the day.i saw the housekeeping staff wipe down everything... you guys did a wondeful job please keep it up and i will be staying with you guys soon.

The bedding had many stains like they hadn't been washed, pieces of glass were found under the covers, the jets for the tub released a lot of dirty water, hot water rarely came out and if it did it was for a couple of days. The front desk guy knocked on our door 4/5 times asking for a cash tip. They only leave one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no it is not a new roll. The pillows smelled like someone had smoked in the room.

My husband and I have stayed at many hotels all over the country. I have to say that we had the single best customer service experience at this location. The gentleman at the front desk in particular went above and beyond from check-in until check-out.
Our room was clean and well-kept, and stocked with all the necessities for our stay. I felt that even with COVID, that the hotel was very clean & safe. We received a courtesy call shortly checking in to make sure everything was in order, which we really appreciated.
When we checked in, we were given directions to our destination, restaurant recommendations, & even the hours of local stores. The staff even went out of their way to let my husband print an important work document very early in the morning.
I would recommend staying here to anyone. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!

Breakfast was good, the location perfect, people nice, the environment quiet. But room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Reception sprayed the room, but it did not solve the problem. Smell was probably embedded in drapes and carpet and would require more than just a superficial cleaning.

Guest time to time do not abide by our hotel policy of 100% smoke free. We have been communicating with our housekeeping staff to thoroughly wash all items once a guest has smoked in our rooms. Our details smoke cleaning procedure includes washing pillows, remove all bedding, steam clean drapery, chairs, and any other points. washing the walls with disinfectant and steam cleaning the carpet. We apologize for our staff not meeting our standards for the best guest experience, but we are training them everyday to make it an awesome experience for our guests.
