Kelly F Thank you for staying with us and your review. We can not express enough on how deeply sorry we are. The most we could have done was move you to the first floor in a more quieter area. Our rooms come with a minimum of towels depending on the size of the bed, however just one phone call and we would have been more than happy to supply you with what ever you need, if we have it. At times we do get busy at the front desk, so we give our guest options. If we are real busy we let our guest know that it will be a couple minutes before we are able to bring them something, or they can come get it. The breakfast we provide is Days Inn Standards it consist of protein, fruits, whole grains, milk. We are sorry you feel disappointed, we have done everything we possibly could.
