The service we received was great. Staff was very helpful. The room was very dusty and had a lot of work that needed to be done. The beds were okay, but the comforter on one of the beds was very lumpy. We had to ask for additional linens on two occasions. The location was good in that it was very close to the Naval station and there was a rental car service within walking distance.

Stayed here for Navy graduation on Jan. 15th 2016. Lots of work going on in stairwells and rooms. Had a contractor working grinding the floor until 1:30am.
very noisy. only 1 towel in the room when we checked in. if you want anything front desk will tell you you have to come get it as they are too busy. very old and dated rooms. continental breakfast was a joke. I will say it was the worst hotel I have stayed at.

Room Tip: choose any room not in this hotel. Red carpet Inn is just as close to the military base.

Kelly F Thank you for staying with us and your review. We can not express enough on how deeply sorry we are. The most we could have done was move you to the first floor in a more quieter area. Our rooms come with a minimum of towels depending on the size of the bed, however just one phone call and we would have been more than happy to supply you with what ever you need, if we have it. At times we do get busy at the front desk, so we give our guest options. If we are real busy we let our guest know that it will be a couple minutes before we are able to bring them something, or they can come get it. The breakfast we provide is Days Inn Standards it consist of protein, fruits, whole grains, milk. We are sorry you feel disappointed, we have done everything we possibly could. Once again Thank You from Days Inn Great Lakes.

I was in my bed and they had gave someone else access to my room.
I was told that modification and cancel was the same. I was suppose to stay 3 night and at the last minute they told me I would have to pay for the third night because i did not need let them no in advanced.

My name is Celia Rivera General Manager of the Hotel and since I was told about your missing back pack we have search the entire location and there was no back pack. what we can do is I will check our surveillance camera's and see anything that can help locate it.
