Write a reviewWe used it for the Navy Graduation weekend; it was located very close to the Navy base which is a bonus. It was difficult to navigate at first because we didn't know which way we were going (North or South) so we got lost when leaving the hotel. This was not the fault of the hotel. It is difficult to get into the hotel parking lot due to the main road, but it was comfortable, the management/staff were nice and helpful, and if we needed to stay there again we would.

Parking lot flooded
Luggage cart broken
Handicap parking choices was either, load and unload in a doot of water or a snow bank where all the snow was plowed and left.
Huge hole in front door where tile is cracked and cart gets stuck
Air did not work
Hair in tub
Nothing in the room, micro, fridge, and I wouldnt call that a coffee maker
I cannot believe the Navy has it on its reccomendations
I travel a lot and this is one of the 3 worst places I have stayed
The girl Carrie is the only good in the place, she needs to go somewhere more befitting her talents, wonderful professional person. Cant say enough good about her

The only advantage of this hotel was the close proximity of the naval base. My husband said a strong cardboard box in the parking lot would have been the same experience. 😞. Never again. I would have thought the staff would take pride in hosting families that are serving our nation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

From the parking lot to the bathrooms, it is in great need of repair. New hotels nearby for same rate. Staff friendly, but would not stay there again.
