The bedding had many stains like they hadn't been washed, pieces of glass were found under the covers, the jets for the tub released a lot of dirty water, hot water rarely came out and if it did it was for a couple of days. The front desk guy knocked on our door 4/5 times asking for a cash tip. They only leave one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no it is not a new roll. The pillows smelled like someone had smoked in the room.
I will never stay at this horrible hotel again. When the shuttle from the train stays ion to the hotel didn’t answer the phone (mind you it was midnight and -1 temperature) the front desk hung up on us. You can hear everyone in adjoining rooms. Also this place is in need of repair, our tub had a 6” hole that was filled with silicon
My son and I stayed 4 days for my youngest sons NAVY graduation. Room was clean, sheets clean. Didn't need anyone to change my sheets daily so no problem there. TV worked, shower was fine.. Anything I needed was taken care of. Breakfast bar limited but fine. Their busiest time is day before and graduation day.. Staff friendly. Navy graduation ticket pick up and base entrance 6 minutes away so very convenient.
They don't clean room when request and want to charge extra for dirt on towels which came from there floors. Notice the housekeeping staff don't have mops they use brooms with towels wrapped around it then you want to charge the guess $50 because dirt is on the towel.
Do not care abour the guests. They do not change beddings or removed trash or refill supplies in the guest rooms. They were very prompt in asking addirional fees but fails to provide their guest good services
