Priceline and the motel both refused to refund a night stay that I canceled. I reserved two rooms for three nights. I found out after booking that I only needed two nights. Neither would refund the extra night. The motel did say if I booked directly with them they would have refunded no problem. They also said they would match on line price. Book directly from now on.

Had a very accommodating staff and very fairly priced for ease of stay and location. A lot of great places to eat nearby! Would stay here again. Needed an early check-in and it was not a problem since we called ahead, very accommodating.

I stayed here overnight before moving into a new apartment. The experience was great. They had a lot of protocols in place for Covid-19 so that made me feel better about staying in a hotel during this time. The staff was incredible too! Best customer service I’ve had. The front desk guy (I’m sorry I don’t think I caught your name!) was the most hospitable person ever. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know coming up to the area.

The facility is disgusting. The room we had was dirty. The blanket had stains on it and there was a policy for stains on white linen being charged if you left it. The room was falling apart. The light didn’t work on the table, the trim on the floor fell, the ceiling in the bathroom was open, you can see the wood/insulation. Just not a room to give looking the way it was looking. They have a no refund policy which is because of how nasty the rooms are. They know it’s nasty and that’s why they aren’t giving a refund. Never again. Look elsewhere and spend more for better place and cleaner facilities.

My stay was comfortable and the room was clean as well. Their covid procedures are well put into place for the safety of their employees as well as my safety as well. I was overly grateful to see all of the effort put into everything.

Mike was extraordinarily accommodating when I required assistance due to last minute changes of plans. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was out and about in the city most of the time but this was a perfect place to come back to and crash; the location was perfect.

They advertised Navy family discount but never received it. Never replenished towels or made beds for three days. Weirdly, staff acted like this was not unusual. Breakfast space was more of a storage room with tables

I will never stay at this horrible hotel again. When the shuttle from the train stays ion to the hotel didn’t answer the phone (mind you it was midnight and -1 temperature) the front desk hung up on us. You can hear everyone in adjoining rooms. Also this place is in need of repair, our tub had a 6” hole that was filled with silicon

In the process of moving into a new home, while we waited for our keys . We stayed at the days inn and it was a lovely experience, the only thing was unfortunate was the policy of prepaid hotel. I booked a stay for 8 days and I really only needed 3 and I could t get my money back. Those extra days were money down the drain. I would check the refund policy before staying here. Other than that, everything was clean(sheets,bathroom,walls,) It’s very Covid-19 restricted which was okay with me. It’s very private and quiet. Next to McDonald’s/subway and gas station. A lot of places don’t deliver here. Staff were nice and friendly and helpful. The prices were decent for the area. Before my stay here I went to a cheap motel and walked out in 10 mins and came here. Glad I did!

My name is Celia Rivera General Manager of the Hotel and since I was told about your missing back pack we have search the entire location and there was no back pack. what we can do is I will check our surveillance camera's and see anything that can help locate it.
