Located near Casa Vicens in the neighborhood of Gracia (Barcelona), we are a studio that encourages an attentive approach to our practice, harmonized with a community-oriented environment. Our goal is to offer a yoga experience that counteracts the stress of work and daily activities and inspires people to be happier and healthier. To achieve our goal, we improve all our yoga styles by heating the practice room at 40 ° C

Incredible bikram class- great alignment cues and adjustments to help you get the most from your practice. Instructions given in Spanish and English and studio is beautiful.
Feel euphoric afterwards, will definitely return on my next trip. Would definitely recommend.

A really wonderful experience - calm and clear instructions - THANK YOU. Studio is clean, professional and has heart. Would love to practice here on a regular, but so happy I found it for my weekend in Barcelona.
