Gave my aunt and uncle a gift certificate to Haute, as a token of appreciation for hosting an amazing Christmas Celebration last year. Let me just say that they were beyond impressed. My Aunts textual words “ we just spent two incredible hours getting the best facial of our lives. We feel rejuvenated, energized and beautiful”. It took me a few months to send them a gif because they have exquisite taste, and have probably been to several well known spa’s in Europe. Thank you Haute for delivering excepcional service!

At first, I was hesitant about getting a facial. But my wife insisted it was a good idea. Not sure if it was because of the jetlag or I just needed a break. But I had the best nap ever as I slept the entire time, and then woke up with a completely new face. The bags under my eyes disappeared, and after continuing using their products I feel like a movie star...

It was my third time in Barcelona , so basically I did all the sightseeing and wanted to have a chill day. I started to google places and found Haute Custom Beauty Institute & Spa. I was amazed cause I've never been in a Spa with such an interesting and unique design.
I checked some info before and chose beauty Facial ( don't remember the correct name, but remember that it won awards). Without exaggeration, I want to say that it was the best facial in my life. Special thanks to Ekaterina , she is an amazing specialist with magic hands. After being in the spa I felt so relaxed but at the same time full of energy. Definitely coming back !

I received a classic facial from Haute Custom Beauty and Spa. It was truly a luxurious experience. Coming from NYC it’s hard to find places that compare in quality but I haven’t seen anything as comfortable or luxurious as this spa. The people who work there are incredibly knowledgeable about their product as well as talented at the treatments. My facialist, Ekaterina was incredibly comforting as well as so quick at the extractions I hardly noticed the pain.
From the heated beds, to the music— to the actual product- Haute Custom Beauty is the place to be! The best in Spain!!

I received the 90 minute signature facial and lash tint and curling. Best treatments I have ever had, and I have had my fair share of facials and lash tinting.
The people are super nice, they make you feel at home and so special at the same time.
The space is absolutely gorgeous with the original Barcelona tile work and the architecture.

If I can have this skincare treatment regularly - I believe my face and neck will continuously benefit from the skincare products that moisturise, hydrate, balance and improve the texture of my skin and as my family and friends who saw me after, said: "what a glow and you look 10 years younger!" Thank you HCB Spa. The whole experience was outstanding and I didn't want it to end. The entire staff was most friendly and Katarina my treatment specialist has the most amazing hands and patience. After the treatment, Katarina answered all my questions with care and clarity. Now, I can't wait to go home and start using your products and follow Katarina's instructions so I can continue the rejuvenation. Thank you again, Jean from Hong Kong
PS - my husband loved the massage. Generally, his opinion is massages are best in Asia - but his own theory has now been broken and he thoroughly enjoyed his experience.

My friend Bruce had arranged for me to try the HCB Spa Facial. Initally reluctant as I am very selective where I have my facials and what product I put on my face, I did pay them first a visit to check out the place. The moment I entered the spa and was introduced to their product, I could not wait to have a facial as both the place as well the products looked amazing. I have bought some product afterward to bring home and have been using it for over one week and it just feels amazing. You can order the products online. Especially the marine purifying cleaning gel and eye cream are my favorite to go product now. The radiance superbe day cream has spf and leaves a beautiful glow plus it does not leave any stains on your clothes...what more can you ask for. I will definitely like to return to HCB Spa...not only for a facial but also to indulge in the history that is present in the building and the luxurious interior. Thank you for the special experience and I am a fan.....

Enter through the grand foyer. of Casa Amatller,take wrought iron lift, past stained glass windows and to the spa with its tranquil atmosphere, luxurious furnishings and quirky art work. I enjoyed planning my programme with expert and charming Diego and Gerard..skin care analysis for the facial...the facial was wonderful with great natural products which left my skin feeling the best it has in ages, then a relaxing and therapeutic massage, a manicure and a chill time with cava and chocolate overlooking the mosaic terrace of Gaudi's Casa Batlo...a gorgeous spa and just wish it was closer!

I study skincare and skincare ingredients, have always looked after my skin, and only use "clean" skincare so was interested in experiencing the Haute Custom Beauty spa I had heard so much about. I was uncertain as I believe there are some good products on the market at a lower price point. But I am a convert. I have never experienced such transformational results from a single facial. Lines on my forehead and around my eyes were greatly softened and my lips were significantly more plump. I am taking home product to continue enjoying the glow! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend both the gorgeous spa and the HCB products.

My most luxurious spa experience, ever. Hands down, full stop, bar none. An extra special treat coming off a long flight from Asia! I was at their gorgeous spa with a good girlfriend of mine a few weeks ago and we both indulged in their fully customized experience from start to finish. THIS is what sets them apart from the other spas. The interview and survey by our respective beauty therapists were very thorough and very personal, and after analyzing and coming up with our own unique skin profiles, we then indulged in their tailor-made treatments which included a most relaxing face and upper body massage. Loved that the spa is located inside the absolutely stunning Casa Amatller, adjacent to one of Antoni Gaudi’s masterpieces, Casa Batllo!
