- Henedine A0 contributionsMontreal Murals and Street CultureThis tour opened the doors to an entirely new experience for us. Comfy shoes, a bottle of water and a hat helped us get through the zigzag walk through the streets and buildings of Montreal in the full heat of midday, to view breathtaking murals in unexpected places. Our guide, Gabriella, shared her in depth knowledge of the art form and helped us understand the unique street culture imbedded in the murals and tags, free for all to see. This tour was a revelation. I took down notes so I could look up my favorite artists and their works after the tour.Written July 18, 2024
- Ashley B0 contributionsGreat tour for foodies & familiesWe took a food tour with our two kids (ages 8 and 13). Rod was an awesome tour guide. Everything about the tour was excellent! Felix was a very welcoming guide and continued throughout the tour to be light hearted, funny and informative. The bikes were preset and labeled for each rider, and the bikes were well maintained and adorably pink! Amazing tour guided by the incredibly knowledgeable Rufus. Definitely way more than an Old Montreal tour and worth every penny. This is our second tour with S+P (we took the mural tour 2 years ago) and we highly recommend this company.

What a wonderful tour of Montréal. We took this tour after an earlier one was done in the rain and we felt we wanted to do one more. This one was perfect as it went to many areas we had not explored yet. Mel was a well informed and friendly tour guide. She was filled with information and she took time to answer questions as we walked. She was also very observant of some of our older attendees needs and made adjustments as needed. From old town, to Chinatown to the Mont Royal area, this is an extensive tour, plan on walking quite a bit. The two rest stops for food and drink were an extra bonus. A list of places to visit after the tour was also given to us. Perfect tour to finish up our stay.

No raining on your parade! We are glad you just couldn't get enough of us rain or shine and came back for this tour! Mel is great at attending to everyone's needs while being super informative and just awesome as a guide. You are almost Montreal experts at this point with the bike tour and basilica tour under your belts, hopefully next time you're in town you can come check out our market tour! Thanks for joining us rain or shine!

This was an excellent tour which was pitched just right so it was engaging and informative. The guide's enthusiasm for sharing his love of his city was contagious and we left wanting to discover more.
There were plenty of opportunities to ask questions, pause for a while and have a bathroom break. Highly recommend.

Do you take breaks during the 3 hour tour or are we walking/moving the whole time? Is the terrain flat or hilly?
Written July 9, 2018
You are walking/moving much of the time. Your stops are while receiving information/history of an area. Some of the areas are hilly. In our group was a person with some limitations and she had some trouble keeping up. I really enjoyed this tour because you do cover many areas and see things you may not notice on your own.

Do you take breaks and sit down during the 3 hour tour or are we walking/moving the the whole time? Is the terrain flat or hilly?
Written July 9, 2018
There are a couple of short breaks and the terrain is fairly flat. The walking was also at a slow-ish pace. There were people of a variety of ages on the tour and everyone did great.
Written July 11, 2018
We are seeing conflicting times for the July 2 tour. Is it at 10 or 10:30? I understand this could be a Monday holiday.

If we do this tour can we still make the 1230 food walking tour! Or is there a walking tour a available after the food tour?
