Unfortunately, There weren't many positives about this tour that I can mention so, I'll begin there. The fact that I was picked up and dropped off in front of my hotel and we had a roomy/comfortable van was nice. Also, I thought our tour guide was as good as he could be. Meaning that it's mostly just driving around in the countryside, at times pointing our that this WAS the country and anouther actually pointed out harvested hay as well as horses. ...Not worth the price

We were looking at this small group tour vs the less-expensive big bus tour options available. I'm glad we went with this small group tour. It's definitely worth the extra cost. The van can get to places that the big busses can't, and it can move around more easily and quickly. The smaller group allows the feasibility to get out of the vehicle more often to take better pictures. At a couple of stops, we saw big bus tours stop only for a couple minutes for their passengers to take pictures through the dirty windows, while we were able to stop off the van and take better pictures. And speaking of dirty windows (which I read reviews about on some of the big bus tours), the windows on our van were clean and crystal clear. Our tour guide was even cleaning them just before the tour started. We were looking at this 3-hour tour vs the full day tour. Although I'm sure the full day tour would be great for some people, we personally decided that a full day was more time than we really wanted to spend for a tour. This tour covers a lot in 3 hours. The stops were just the right amount of time. Our tour guide Mounir was very knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed this tour and the tour guide, and we strongly recommend it.

This was the first excursion we went on in Montreal. It's the perfect way to get to know the City. Tour was in a clean van and was uncrowded. Our guide, Harald, gave us a great tour with a lot of information. We stopped in spots long enough to get a feel for the various neighborhoods, and that made it easier to return to these places on our own later in the week. We had a blast. Highly recommended.

My friend and I really enjoyed the tour. The guide, Monier (hope that is spelled correctly) was absolutely lovely. Knowledgeable and accommodating. Nice overview of the city and well worth doing.

This tour was very nice. Started with a pickup at your hotel (excellent communication with Tour company setting it up the day prior to trip). Our ride was in a very comfortable van with clean windows and lots of space. Tour guide Monu (??spelling) was very nice and cordial. The selected visits along the way were excellent... perfect start at the famous St Viateur Bagel Shop.. the tour moved on visiting many excellent locations (see tour descriptions). Our tour ended with our guide driving us back to our hotel. In all, I found this Montreal Tour to be very worthwhile and highly recommended.

It was a good overall view or perspective of Montreal. Although St. Joseph's Oratory could have been skipped. Our guide Fran was good- very nice and helpful.

Fran, our tour guide was friendly, very knowledgeable, attentive to any needs our group might have and generally entertaining and very informative.

My tour guide was just awesome. He communicated with everyone well and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with him, he seems very knowledgeable about the city. I wish we had seen more of the Underground, everything else was fine but the tour itself is very pricey for what you get. I would recommend more reasonable options that are similar to this tour.

We were 2 adults and 2 children on a private city tour of Montreal. We had a great experience with the breadth and depth of the coverage of the city. Francoise (Fran), our tour guide was exceptionally and deeply knowledgeable on the history, culture and contemporary information about Montreal. She deftly navigated us around the city in a very comfortable van, and gave us customised vegetarian food tips for lunch as well. an array of experiences from markets to maple syrup tasting to bagels to historical sights were organised. Thank you Fran for a great experience !!

Well organized and informative trip. We liked that the group was small- in our case six people. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about this beautiful part of Quebec. Although there is not enough time in one day to cover the whole region we received many tips and suggestions for potential future visit. Highly recommended if you are staying in Montreal for a few days and you want to get out of the city for a day.

This was awesome! Fran was the absolute best tour guide ever. We had only one day to see Montreal and this was packed with history and sights. This tour was great because there were the three of us plus another couple. We got to see both the older and newer areas of Montreal. It’s a great combo of driving around to see sights plus looking at a few areas where we stop plus a couple of tastings. This was at least 6 hours but was the best way to utilize our time to see the most of the city as turned out to be an overview trip for us. We stopped for lunch in Old Montreal as well as stopped for two tastings. One was at St. Viateur bagels and the other at a shop where we tasted maple syrup. Delicious. Worth your time if your time is limited and a must do if you want to see as much as possible. Notre Dame is NOT on the tour if you want to go inside, however, you can as when you stop for lunch in the neighborhood. Unfortunately for us, the people were on strike and we couldn’t get in. Highly Recommended!
