Mustafa was incredible. On time, super knowledgeable and went above and beyond explaining the history, architecture, economy and cultural aspects of Montreal.

The tour was well organized, communication prior to the tour was excellent and our guide was extraordinary! We had plenty of time at each stop. Historical and geographic information was given.

Our tour was on 25 May and we paid 300+ dollars each for this tour, which was actually only two of us. The guide was just like a driver who dropped us off at 3 places - Mount Royal, Norte Dame and the river cruise - and then we did pretty much self-guided tour. The whole tour was very different to the itinerary description and badly organised and boring, most of time was spent on the road. A lot of key attractions in the old Montreal should have been covered as part of the guided tour, but we didn’t have the opportunity to visit and needed to go back and revisit in our own time. As a result, I asked for a 50% partial refund.

The tour guide was excellent. We enjoyed all of the sites. However, we booked a private tour and then was notified that others would be joining. We do expect a refund of some sort due to the fact that we paid for the private tour. Thanks.

Guide very knowledgeable and impressed us on his knowledge of Montréal past and present. So surprised of the size of Montreal too.

We took this tour on our first day in Montréal. Our tour guide was super accommodating. We were picked up at our hotel. It covered all the main attractions I had read about prior to our trip. We wanted to try the the Montreal bagels, he made an unscheduled stop for us - delicious! It was great not to have to wait in line and to have direct access at our stops. Recommended :).

The tour was great. Yashica was awesome. He worried about his English, but it was fine and always understood him. He was so polite and such a gentleman. The boat cruise was our favorite part on this tour.

Bill picked us up right on time. After he loaded 6 of us into the van, he explained our itinerary for the day. Very knowledgeable about every stop we made. Was very kind with our one person who had a disability. Recommend this tour highly Cruise was very relaxing. St Joseph Oratory and the story was interesting. Notre Dame basilica was breathtaking.

I would give this tour a zero if I could. We drove for 7 hours to visit Montreal and only had 1 full day to explore. We booked this full day adventure for the one day we were going to be in Montreal. We received confirmation the night before saying that we would be picked up at our hotel at 10 AM the next day. We were out front of the lobby at 9:50 AM. At 10:15, while wondering where they were, I checked my email. To my dismay, at 9:58 AM they had sent me an email saying that they were cancelling the tour. No reason. No "sorry." Nothing. Needless to say, I was furious. While they offered to refund our money (yet to be seen,) that did nothing to help in how they ruined our day. We had to scramble to figure out the subway system and buses to try to get to see a few of the sights and figure out how to get to the sites and back to our hotel. We didn't get the boat trip and only got to see one or two sights. Of course, we also did not get any of the information we would have otherwise gotten with the benefit of a tour. I truly cannot believe they they did not know they were going to cancel this tour only 2 minutes before notifying us. I would not recommend booking this tour.

A good way to see some of the local sites and learn about Montreal's history. The tour did...not go exactly as advertised on the day that I went but this was mostly due to circumstances outside of the tour guides' control (i.e. an expected staffing shortage/change and prolonged transit times due to constructions and detours.) They did their best, though, and I enjoyed the experience. Maybe it goes off without a hitch most days. To get the most out of it, though, you may want to bring your flexibility (and hopefully your manners) with you!

They cancelled my tour the night before saying that their van broke down that was to pick us up??? Have you not heard of getting another vehicle? Or even sending an Uber for us? Very disappointing they said it would take 7-10 days for a refund! Do not take this tour!

Overall, the experience was great. You are in a van, with other people. We are a family of three, we had two other hotels to pick up at. All three of the other visitors were elderly with mobility issues. It was difficult for one of the Customers to get in and out of the back of the van. My son and I sat in the back with her. The tour guide was friendly and accommodating. You do have tickets to some of the busiest sites in Montreal. We were able to get in without waiting in a long line. There was able time to see things and walk around and take pictures. The river boat tour was great. I recommend sitting on the top deck.

Moustafa was extremely knowledgeable and a wonderful class act! He knew so much about the history and special interests of Montreal… one of a kind experience.

Tour guide was very informative and fun to be with (Jermain). We had a beautiful day for our tour and the scenery was great. We stopped at 4 locations with the Notre Dame Bascillica being my favorite. The cruise at the end made a great final event as we could enjoy a drink and snack on board. The staff on board was very attentive and a photographer was on board offering snaps of people.

Had a wonderful day !! Germaine was a great guide !! We enjoyed everything about the tour . Highly recommend 👍
