State Map of Weatherization Operators

Find a local weatherization provider throughout the State of Michigan using the County map below. The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) reduces energy costs for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes, while ensuring health and safety. The WAP supports the Department of Energy’s objectives to lower energy bills while expanding cost-effective energy choices for all American communities.

Multifamily Building Weatherization

Income-eligible 2-4 units contact your local Weatherization Operator by selecting the county above.

Income-eligible multifamily properties with five or more units that are:

  • Subsidized multifamily properties with HUD Project Based subsidies, Public Housing, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (“LIHTC”), or USDA-RD.
  • Or multifamily properties with a minimum of 66% of their tenants with an income at or below 80% of the AMI or 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
