Evaluation

Westat has been awarded the contract to evaluate the waiver project. Westat has 50 years of experience in the field of research and analysis and is recognized as one of the foremost research and statistical survey organizations in the United States. It has provided services to various agencies of the U.S. government, as well as businesses, foundations and state and local governments. The evaluation will include assessment of whether the project was implemented as intended, determination of whether defined safety and well-being outcomes were achieved and comparison of expenditures and cost-effectiveness.
