Structured Child Support

Are you ready to embrace structured child support?

Having a child support case can:

  • Have a neutral party calculate a how much child support should be paid
  • Keep detailed records of payments owed and paid
  • Make payment easier by having it deducted from paychecks or other income sources
  • Help get paternity legally established
  • Help set healthy boundaries between parents and lessen conflict

To enroll in child support by beginning a case, start one in MiChildSupport.

You may already have a case if you have been working with your county’s Friend of the Court. To get help with an existing case, call 877-543-2660.
