This was a last minute decision to visit, we hadn’t planned or pre booked but so glad we did. Probably our favourite Gaudi experience. Definitely value for money… price includes a head seat guide. Wasn’t busy like the park & sagrada. Very interesting & worth a visit.

Tucked down a side street, Nou de Rambla off the tourist thoroughfare. My hotel was almost dead opposite but didn't spot it for 2 days. It doesn't stand out from the outside but like everything Gaudi it's stunning and dont miss the roof, where the coloured tile madness

This place is amazing in every respect. The interior is stunning, so much to see. Not crowded, reasonably quiet and because you have your own audio guide, plenty of time to stand and stare. We visited at 10.30am and went straight in, no queue for tickets or for entry. Well worth a visit.

We were favorably impressed. It doesn’t look like much from the street, but what a marvel inside. Also, this is not an apartment building, or a cathedral, but one family’s home. Amazing what he has done, including a stable downstairs and fancy chimneys on top. Audio guide included, and valuable.

I loved the house - not a place I’d want to live but the architectural design is fantastic. I rated it only a 4 though because we were there at the same time as a large guided group - and the property is not large enough for such groups. In addition, there are not enough toilets.

The Park Guell is AMAZING and needs to be seen with a competent guide to truly appreciate what you are seeing. It was astounding that this beautiful 47 acre park was designed and created in 1900. If you are in Barcelona, you MUST visit Park Guell

This site is very different from other Gaudi works. It is less playful and fairytale-like and more traditional. It more resembles the more serious houses of other top-class businessmen. Except for the typical Gaudi chimneys! If you want to see the essence of Gaudi, probably not the top pick. If you want to see more of his work and compare to his later and more bold creations, Guell palace is a great place to go. Except Casa Batlló and Casa Mila the price here is very affordable. Interesting is the owner of this house Guell is the same person, who comissioned creation of Guell park. It is a shame, you do not learn more about the family and why they decided to move their living into park.

This little palace should not be missed on your visit to Barcelona. From the moment you walk through the front gate you are mesmerized by the ironwork, stone and wood work. The pictures do not do it justice!! Gaudi created an amazing work of art here. Also, it’s a lot less expensive and less busy than the other houses. We walked right up to the ticket office and paid 12€ and that included an audio guide in the language of your choice. Amazing visit from the basement stables to the rooftop chimneys!!!

Good value especially when compared to other Gaudi houses. 12 euro includes audio fire. Not as crowded either. Loved this place.. amazing architecture and atmosphere. Took about 1.5 hours to see it all slowly.

In a sidestreet and easily missed, this beautiful building is an amazing example of Gaudi's early work. I'd recommend studying the (English) brochure before you start, as it's easy to get confused by the audio guide and lose your place, so to speak. The building would have been very impressive with more furniture - apparently most of it went elsewhere when the building was vacated - but still an interesting 1.5-2 hours. Very helpful staff offered the use of the tiny lift to help with our creaky limbs and the many stairs. No queues in January, so no need to buy your tickets in advance at this time of year. I'd have scored it 5* were it not for the fact that we were refused concession tickets (65+) because we were not EU residents!
