Bought a 72 hour Hola Barcelona card online. Redeemed it at the Metro station and initially it worked fine. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. I wasn’t only one as 4-5 other people had the same issue with the card. I messaged someone on the Tiqets app, who was helpful but clearly not in country. They told me to go to a station ticket office. After searching 3 different stations I couldn’t find a ticket office. I asked some at my hotel for help (They had no idea), I finally messaged TMB, the Metro and they were no help. The way they have responded to me would make you think that it’s a huge inconvenience to them that the card I purchased from them is not working and it’s not their responsibility! Additionally, this has cost me additional Euro as I have had to buy single ride tickets. I am now 48 hours into having this ticket and realize I am on my own. What a scam. I would complain further, but I don’t think they care. I read other reviews and this has been going on for a long time. If you want an idea how Public transportation has evolved to and how smooth it can be, go to Prague. It’s never been easier. And don’t buy this lousy Hola Barcelona card. At the very least, maybe have instructions of what to do or where to go if your card stops working. I have yet to be given a clear answer on a very simple question: “What station do I need to go to get my card working again”.

This is an excellent tour. Our guide, Alex was very knowledgeable about European history and provided such useful information and tips on where to go and things to do afterwards. Well worth your time

The information on their website is misleading. It says it works for any bus in Barcelona but it's not true. The card does not work on the yellow buses, so if you stay near the airport like I did this card will be useless for you.

It's a long road to get there for a short'ish visit but definitely worth going once! We loved seeing the sights up there, and the art museum was fantastic! We were quite happy we went! We had 2 young ladies as our tour guides because of the size of the group. It's a challenge to manage such a big group and they did a great job! They were also very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The area is fascinating and with the guide being a local she was able to give us more insight into the history of the area. The only slight drawback was I found her accent a little hard to understand which made me miss bits as I was trying to understand her previous sentence, could just be me though.

Very informative and knowledgeable guide who was also very pleasant to be around . Really enjoyed it and I’ve learned a lot . Barcelona is a fantastic place and the gothic quarter is mesmerising!

I bought this card for my family of 5, even though it probably wasn't a good deal overall, but I thought it would be convenient. My flight from the US to Barcelona was canceled, I immediately tried to cancel the Barcelona Card for the next day, but because it was past midnight Barcelona time, I couldn't. We now won't arrive in Barcelona until two of our three days have been used up, and our new flight gets in too late to pick it up at the airport. So it would be a hassle to get it for the third day. I asked for an exception to get a refund and was denied. Inflexible and a huge waste,

Buy this card in person if possible. Unbelievably poor customer support. I mistakenly bought a 3 day Hola Barcelona card instead of a 4 day one for my 2 daughters (online on the official site on 19/04/24). I reached out to customer service and asked if I could get a refund. I received a response on 20/04/24 informing me it was perfectly alright to do so and was provided with a link to start a refund request. The refund form itself was ridiculous (asking for my passport number to get a refund is irrelevant. I was not the traveller). I bought the 4 day card which my daughters used as I waited for a refund for the 3 day card. 1 month later, I still do not have a refund and no communication from customer service except an initial automated message IN SPANISH (this was a tourist card?) 4 days after I emailed. Buy this card online at your own risk and pray you do not encounter any issues.

Fun walking tour around the Gothic area of old Barcelona! First full day here and it was a great way to understand the very beginnings of this city.

It was very nice the lines were not too long and it moved very quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend

I bought a 3 day transport pass on december 23rd of last year for out visit end of april. Pass apparently expired after 90 days and i could purchase a new one. Never was this clearly stated during purchase process. No service, no return of purchase. Very intransparant

Very knowledgeable and friendly guide! Good pace - not too fast or slow. Nice small group. We would recommend it to everyone!

Nice. We Had a good time, it was very clean and well maintenance, you could tell they take good care of it by keeping it clean.

The buses were totally fine, but sometimes the subway gates were unresponsive. I do not know what the cause is. I also wish the map that came with the product had a little more information on famous places.

Our guide, Mark was very knowledgeable and easy to follow. We learned lots and thoroughly enjoyed our time and the amazing art!
