Breath-taking place so much to see! Make sure to know the schedule so you know where to go at what time so you don’t miss something you’d like to see
Beluga training and Dolphins was the best, you can get really close to them and they’re so cute!
There is a mini mall with food court next building l, prices are reasonable. Best is, their place is really near train station. They also have several parking spaces if you bring your car.

Very nice aquarium. The surrounding area also is full of activities to cover a whole day. The port itself is beautiful and a big Ferris wheel nearby. Very close to train.

Interesting information in English on killer whales, Belugas and bottle nose dolphins, which of course you can observe. What was really good was an area where you learn, again In English, about the evolution of whales.
Definitely worth a visit.

The aquarium is not very big but it was the best one I ever been. There were a variety of sea animals I could see especially a close view to beluga and orca. It was enjoyable to look at them when I sat on the bench in front of the tanks.
There were few restaurants inside or nearby the aquarium. I tried the restaurant inside the aquarium. It was comfortable and tasty. If you would to go out, remember to stamp your hand at the exit. You can back when you finish eating outside.

A lovely place to enjoy with kids. You have lovely dolphin show, a great aquarium, a ship that depicts the life of a sailor with life size and life like models.

This was the most unsettling and cruel experience for a human being to endure. The animals are kept in tiny cages that resemble torture. Killer whales, beluga whales and dolphins roam hundreds and thousands of kilometres in the wild. Here they are confused to a tank the size of a living room.
You can see the pain in their eyes. You can feel their agony. Do not go here

Great visit to an awesome aquarium. All of the big mammals where very active and appear to be in good health. The have a pod of orcas kinda rare for an aquarium. The dolphins and belugas where good to see as well. Very good price and cheap parking at the seaside park. Highly recommend.

When cetaceans face an aggressor in the wild, they are able to swim away. When they are in captivity like in Nagoya Aquarium, there is nowhere to go but to live with them in such a confined space. Pictures show the hurt caused by one beluga at this aquarium. It must stop!! Stop visiting places like this.

Why keep these animals in captivity? They should be in the sea and living free, but not around Japan where they could be killed an agonising death.

Hii robalveston.... it’s so nice someone is thinking like this. And yes like us, this earth belongs to every other living creature that God has created. But due to some money reasons , humans have taken over this earth. And I agree these animals are in pathetic conditions in the museum.
However, sea creatures are not safe out also. Everyday you see so many whales are washed offshore , chokes due to poly bags or so......
In short , it is we who has created a living hell for all these creatures.and unless something doesn’t happens now, our future generations will not be able to see any of these living creatures.
We are planning to visit by April 18 with my 2 yr old son. How much is the rate for an adult and a 2 yr old kid?

I plan to reach the aquarium at 11am. If I plan to see all the shows how long would it take? Are the location for each show far apart?
