- AChee74Kuching, Malaysia1,289 contributionsThe park is big and I have to admit that I have seen one of the biggest animals a zoo could have! All of them are so big in size!Written June 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- thelonious22Seongnam4,387 contributionsTokugawa-en Garden can be visited for a few hundred yen more along with a visit to the museum. While the landscape doesn't measure up to some of Japan's better known gardens, It's still quite pleasant to walk around the lakes and waterfalls.Written January 27, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ong_YKSingapore, Singapore48 contributionsThe park is small but nice. Well maintained, calm with water feature, small fall and koi fish. But it was too hot so we left only after a while.Written July 4, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- NurashikinSingapore, Singapore298 contributionsRent a bicycle at ¥500/person/6month. Yes the rental goes by half-yearly. The cycling route around the park is about 1km. You can choose to walk if you like but it will take some time to explore the park. We spent 4 hours in the park by bicycle. There is the Dutch Windmill which is quite an amazing sight, the ancient clock which tells the time by the shadow casted on it, and also the Nagoya Castle. There are also ponds with fishes, ducks and swan and also a few bridges. There are cherry blossom trees and we managed to see the last few stalks of the cherry blossom flowers. Lots of people jog, exercise, cycle and walk their dogs there. There is also a Starbucks cafe at the main entrance and a truck selling fruits.Written November 19, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - geo3Calgary, Canada1,598 contributionsProbably this place isn't worth a special trip, but it is quite near to the eastern end of the Osu Shopping Street, so if you are in the area it might be worthwhile to pop in and take a stroll around. It is a very nicely landscaped park, particularly the water garden area.
Getting in and out is a bit confusing, as it is a walled garden. There are entrances on northwestern, northern, and northeastern areas of the garden.
The park is free.Written July 30, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
