What travelers are saying
- bestnerikomiTokoname, Japan112 contributionsIf you love fabric, any fabric from anywhere in the world is here in abundance. Trimmings are also amazing here they are in the basement. You can spend hours and it is difficult to leave. Like being in a pastry shop and not being able to choose which one you want with your coffee or tea today.Written November 5, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - John CQuezon City, Philippines1,825 contributionsCame here as this store is known for selling Japanese Used luxury good. The store is 7 floor and is really so beautiful. Upon looking at its used item, it is not really so cheap especially the watches. They are very comple as far as items and brands are concerned. found more good in the real department stores.Written October 3, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - socnty49 contributionsNice selection of knives. There was at least one person who spoke English well.
I bought a single bevel Deba knife. At the time of this review, the Dollar was very favorable against the Yen.
The shopping area around the shop is interesting as well...Written October 9, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There are many hand craft shops around, so you can pick up a unique omiyage that will never happen to be the same with others'. It took me 2 hours to finish the walk at Kakuozan, if you are traveling in groups it might take longer. recommended if you like to walk slowly around.
寧靜的街道但卻融合雅痞和日本傳統的小社區。一人走約花了兩個小時,把商店街和日泰寺走完。如果想慢遊,很推薦帶本書來這裡坐坐。Written March 11, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The shop, with several outlets spreading across the station, has been renamed as Grand Kiosk. It offers a wide variety of local snacks, foodstuffs and souvenirs, whether you are buying for your loved ones or friends, or even eating yourself (the train bento) on the trains. Prices are reasonable too.
You will be spoiled for choices and do note that this place is always filled with people and prepared to queue!Written January 17, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
