Cataluña cuenta con cuatro templos ortodoxos: en Lloret de Mar, en Vila-seca, en Gerona y en Barcelona.
Este templo fue inaugurado en el 2011 en un antiguo edificio que llevaba mas de 40 años en desuso.

Una sorpresa mientras me dirigía a la estación de metro de Vallcarca. Muy cercana al puente homónimo, podrán observar esta hermosa parroquia que se encuentra en grandes condiciones.

Как хорошо,что наша РПЦ заботится о множестве русских,живущих в Каталонии и Барселоне в частности.Старый заброшенный католический храм превратился в новенькую православную церковь.Еще и одном из самых главных для туристов районе по соседству с парком Гуэля и океанариумом.Русская православная церковь Московского Патриархата активно действует в Барселоне, начиная с 2002 года, когда был учреждён Благовещенский приход, принятый в лоно Русской православной церкви.И вот он обрел 7 лет назад новый дом.

Если поедете в парк Гуэля- зайдите в эту церковь, она недалеко от метро. Очень необычно видеть над входом в католический храм, там где раньше был колокол, надстроенную православную луковку, ну и внутри тоже православные иконы в интерьерах католической церкви.

Православная церковь в католической стране в здании, где раньше была католическая церковь- ну очень для нас было неожиданно. Находится недалеко от метро Vallcarca.

Церковь размещается в бывшем католическом храме, который был заброшен и полуразрушен. В 2011 году храм передали в аренду Русской Православной церкви и он постепенно был полностью обустроен по канонам православия. Каждый день проходят утренние и вечерние службы.
