Nice clean rooms, small functional gym and indoor pool, make this a good place to stay.

This hotel was very good. It was a last minute late night booking. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and inviting and had been recently renovated. The king-size bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern. Due to Covid there were multiple extra steps taken to ensure the room was extra clean and a sticker indicating the room was prepared according to required protocol. While there was no breakfast buffet, effort was made to provide adequate breakfast. English muffins (egg, cheese, meat), yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, power bar or danish, coffee, tea, or juice. So more than enough and in my opinion above and beyond. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Only detail that could be improved is that there was no blackout blind or dark curtain to pull over the windows for sleep. There was only an accent sheer curtain.

I'm thrilled about my experience at the Hampton Inn! The service here is good, from the impeccably clean rooms to the outstanding customer service and delicious breakfast. Bella, who works in the breakfast room, truly impressed me with her warm demeanour and exceptional service. Additionally, although I don't know her name, the dedication of the housekeeper in ensuring that my room was always clean made me feel comfortable when sleeping in this room. It's clear that every staff member here goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how genuinely friendly and welcoming the staff were. I also appreciated the constant cleaning I observed - the whole hotel smells like Lysol (in a good way!)
I do feel bad taking point off for something that is beyond the hotel's control but it always blows my mind when whoever designs/plan these properties plop them down mere feet from super busy roads. I also booked the most expensive room (with the jacuzzi) and once again, whoever designed the hotel decided to place these suites on the noisiest side of the building. The traffic noise was incessant. I also didn't find the HVAC up to par - I found the room way too hot and even the fan wouldn't stay on. Another minor annoyance was the shower head - low pressure and old.
On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the jetted tub worked perfectly and hallway noise was not too bad.
If I was coming back to the area, I would definitely consider staying again but would have to pick a cheaper room on the side of the building.

Its a Hampton, so don’t set expectations too high to start. Checkin was quick and efficient. Rooms are spacious, but cleaning is below par. Still being in covid pandemic times, all counters should be wiped down. My room had drink/bottle marks on side table and tv counter what appeared to be some sort of cream. With two visits from house keeping during my week stay, these remained. Breakfast is limited to a warm breakfast and staff are often overwhelmed when busy. Dinner menu is limited, but nice and bar service good.
Was in a convenient location to site I was working at. For future trips will possibly look further afield.

I called the number connected to the the Hampton inn website and I was asked which hotel I was staying in, I told them Brampton and I asked if the pool at this location was open, I was told yes.
Upon arrival I found out it was not open.
I was also not informed that a credit card had to be used or a debit card on file with a freeze of the card. Had I of known this I would have been better prepared but yet again, I just wasn’t informed.

Please note that the pool had been closed much of the year due to the municipal bylaw in place in light of the current pandemic. We're surprised to hear that you were informed otherwise. As for the "freeze of the card", we process a preauthorization upon arrival for possible incidental charges you may incur during your stay. This practice is considered industry standard. The hotel staff were warm snd welcoming from the minute I arrived. The room was spotless and the facilities were always sanitized. Safety of the guests was their top priority. The hotel parking lot was very large and was so easy to enter snd exit from the highway it made the commute to work easy.

Room wasn’t clean enough and heating unit was not working properly and washroom was not clean enough. Heating unit was making so much noise. Towels were dirty too. So overall I am not satisfied with the room condition

I had a great experience at the Hampton Inn. Coming from New York we felt welcomed and felt happy with the service. Bella was very sweet and made sure I had what I needed for my boys. We were happy with the rooms which included a microwave and mini fridge, which is definitely needed when traveling with kids.

This a a simple hotel but was exactly what we were looking for. Room was a good size. Bed was comfy. My husband enjoyed the pool. He said the temperature was good and the area was well maintained. Breakfast had omelettes, meat (sausage one day, ham the next) along with bread and a couple pastries. Also cereal, oatmeal and fruit available. But we were most impressed with kitchen staff who were very attentive and ensured the guests had everything needed.

It is quite far from downtown Toronto and would require several transfers between busses and subways using different transit authorities (TTC and Brampton). Use the app triplinx (or website) for all transit around the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) to get an idea of transit routes and times.
As I remember, it was equal to the number of night stays at the hotel.

The hotel does not operate a shuttle, however public transit is available. You will be required to take 2 buses.
