We enjoyed this hotel. The location is central to all of our needs. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were kind and courteous. Not all hotels greet a group of 14 year old boys kindly and not all hotels treat them with respect. The Hampton by Hilton hotels are always welcoming!!
This hotel was further away than I wanted, however the staff was awesome. There is a breakfast available, the room attendant was fantastic. She was always smiling and being helpful. The room was very comfortable. Wanted to use the pool, but never found the time while we were there. I would not hesitate to rebook this hotel. You do need to have a car, it is on the very outskirts of Brampton. Other than a Tim Hortons in the parking lot, you will need to go out for meals, except for the breakfast. If you are in a hurry, the front desk did let me know that they can put together a grab and go breakfast for you, however I did not test this out.
The nicest people we have encountered during a hotel visit in years. Best bed and pillows we have ever had. Easy to get to and perfect location to were we needed to be. Next time we are using the pool.
Can't say anything bad about our stay. Good location, fair price, great staff, excellent complimentary breakfast. Exercise facilities were good and the wi-fi was good. I would love to come back and stay again in the future.
Great place to stay, far enough away from the airport and everything to be quite and peaceful, but close enough that it isn't that far to drive to get to where you want to go, The staff is excellent and works to make you feel at home.
