The hotel staff were warm snd welcoming from the minute I arrived. The room was spotless and the facilities were always sanitized. Safety of the guests was their top priority. The hotel parking lot was very large and was so easy to enter snd exit from the highway it made the commute to work easy.

Stayed at this Hampton inn while attending a function next door. its very convenient for the conference centre. just a short walk away, you can leave the car behind. The place is very nice and clean. Staff is also very helpful. there are quite a few fast food places around as well ... walking distance. I especially like that the parking lot has lots of room and its very safe. The only draw back is that I had a room near the busy street and its very buy and you can hear it at night. Otherwise it was a very good stay and very good value.

I called the number connected to the the Hampton inn website and I was asked which hotel I was staying in, I told them Brampton and I asked if the pool at this location was open, I was told yes.
Upon arrival I found out it was not open.
I was also not informed that a credit card had to be used or a debit card on file with a freeze of the card. Had I of known this I would have been better prepared but yet again, I just wasn’t informed.

We certainly understand how frustrating it can be for being misinformed. We're sorry you had a terrible stay with us.
Please note that the pool had been closed much of the year due to the municipal bylaw in place in light of the current pandemic. We're surprised to hear that you were informed otherwise.
As for the "freeze of the card", we process a preauthorization upon arrival for possible incidental charges you may incur during your stay. This practice is considered industry standard.

It was comfortable and peaceful to stay with Hampton Hill. Close to highway and the best part is it’s next to Tim Hortons and easy find for anyone delivering food to your room. Security os good and so is hotel staff.
