Avoid this place. There are better hotels nearby. The one check out person was so rude. He didn't want to leave his office and give me a printout of my bill. I was really upset that once I walked away a man that was of the same race walked up and he cheerfully walked out of the office and helped him.... the hotel rooms are very worn. No microwave. Fridge barely worked. Walls are paper thin. There was a huge fight that broke out in the room next to us at 3a.m. The positive was that we left after 1 night.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hampton Inn. The room was spacious and very clean. The washroom was clean and roomy. The lighten was good; the bed accessories were very soft and cozy. I will certainly encourage my friends, family and out of town guests to stay at Hampton Inn.

Jacuzzi had green algae-like pieces coming out of the jets when turned on. Got the room for the jacuzzi and was not happy that we weren’t even able to use it. Room otherwise clean. We were able to check in late with no issues.

While the rooms are nice and location is fine the service is not acceptable. I was heading out to watch an outdoor event on a cold day so took two sweaters out to decide what to wear. Came back after the event to pack and the room had been cleaned and my sweater was gone. Contacted front desk was told no managers on duty someone would call me the next day. I had to place the call myself and was told probably in with laundry. I advised them my daughter was still in the hotel and to get it to her, they were instead rude to her when she was checking out and inquiring about the status. I also asked the manager I had contacted to call me back and let me know and have had no reply from him as well.

Stayed three nights. Staff was fantastic, so helpful. Checkin and out painless. Room was quiet and clean. No noise whatsoever between rooms or in the hallway. The a/c unit was quite which was nice. Breakfast was so so. Typical hotel breakfast with strange omelets and sausages but the rest was ok. I would stay again

Loved our stay! Comfortable and perfect! Loved the mask requirement. Loved seeing precautions being taken by hotel members. Loved the complimentary things provided. Loved the view and location of the hotel. Beds were super comfy, and the accessible shower was super convenient

Stayed here for 5 nights for work. The room was very clean. Plenty of parking. If you didn’t have time for breakfast they had a breakfast in a bag option to take with you. Timmies in the same parking lot was a bonus. Bed was a little uncomfortable but I like a very soft bed

The location is great if attending an event at the Embassy Grand. Always parking right out front. Staff are amazing! I stay here twice a year for business purposes and feel welcomed on every arrival. They have upgraded the complimentary breakfast too and it's great! Very good value.

The breakfast experience was wonderful. Annette and Gorjeet made my kids morning, especially my youngest. They were kind and they left a smile on their faces. It’s difficult travelling with two young ones sometimes and they both made breakfast that much easier. Thank you!

I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay, all the staff worked efficiently and were helpful. Bella was in particular very concerned about our requirements during breakfast time. We were also provided early check in facility. Hotel is close to bus stop and other eateries.

It is quite far from downtown Toronto and would require several transfers between busses and subways using different transit authorities (TTC and Brampton). Use the app triplinx (or website) for all transit around the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) to get an idea of transit routes and times.
As I remember, it was equal to the number of night stays at the hotel.

The hotel does not operate a shuttle, however public transit is available. You will be required to take 2 buses.
