Toronto’s Toronto Pearson International Airport (Airport code YYZ) is Canada’s busiest airport as well as one of the 20 busiest airports in the world. The route from Montréal-Trudeau International airport to Toronto Pearson International Airport is also one of the busiest flight routes in the world. The airport serves over 30,000,000 passengers a year travelling on more than 400,000 flights.
Around 60 airlines fly into and out of Toronto-Pearson International Airport. Air Canada flies the most frequently, followed by United, Continental, American, TAM Linhas, and WestJet. Air Canada, Air Transat, Sunwing Airlines, and WestJet fly to and from the most destinations. Air Canada flights may be operated by Air Georgian or be named Air Canada Jazz.
Toronto Pearson International Airport is located 27 kilometres outside of the city of Toronto.
