Simple, convenient and great price. Dog rooms adequate. Few things need repair but the beds are firm and rooms are clean enough. Short on extra towels but then keeping the price low means going without a few things. Not much different than a $100 room.

We were there from Sept 29-Oct 4 to see our daughter off to TRU and got one of the pet rooms. The manager and staff were very nice and every morning he would also say good morning to us when i went in the office to get breakfast. Its just coffee/tea juice boxes Costco Muffins/ bread for toast, yogurt and apples and oranges, it was a ok breakfast to start your day. I've been to major high class hotels and was not even given a look of welcome sometimes but this place was just the opposite. The first night was a bit noisy since we were at the bottom since all the pet rooms were on the bottom floor but after the next night it was completely quiet and every night the hotel was fully booked. Since it was a pet room it was not as nice as i THINK the other rooms were ( from the other reviews i read) but i guess you cant do too much to a pet room. It was a little bit doggy smell but i either got use to it or the next day it was cleaned more, not saying that my dog smells great but when you have allergies you know another dog smell. Overall i would stay here its quite centre location and a better part of town ( all the other hotel are close by) a Tim Hortons up the street.

The room is nice and clean, but the breakfast is not good at all. My family and me enjoyed to stayed there. The location is good, near to lots of store. And another thing that we loved, the hotel accept dogs.

Very dirty hotel room.
Walls, floors, bathroom very dirty. Old rolls of hair on the floor in several places, baseboard full of dirt, walls splashed with old dirt/coffee stains. Windows dirty, entrance mat (x2) full of hair and dirt. We didn’t even use the shower tub and curtain smelled so bad.
$85 night. I should have spent the extra and booked a different hotel. There are so many to choose from close by.
I understand lack of staff but if u can’t meet a basic standard of cleanliness then don’t book the rooms.

I am not even looking for perfectly clean just a basic level. I purchased cleaning wipes and made due for the 2 nights.

No coffee, no Kleenex, no recycling and only one dirty garbage can. Large garbage can outside our room full for the 2 nights we were there.

Very disappointing

We stayed in a pet friendly room, so maybe a bit worse than the others.. the bedding was very bad. Rough and hard, uncomfortable blankets. The furniture was quite damaged. The AC didn't work well, though it was an OK temp in the room it was a bit on the warm side at night for having the AC tying it's hardest. The pro's are friendly easy check in, and easy parking and location. If there were other options in this price range I would choose something else next time and wouldn't want to be here more than a night.

Wow…. Absolutely gross, had two rooms booked. Got there and the first room had rotting food in the fridge, and there was shaving trimmings in the sink. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt and checked the second room, should have just left. The bathroom and hairs everywhere. If this was the last hotel in Kamloops I’d sleep in my vehicle.

Stayed overnight, was a place to sleep but was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room or building. The parking lot was very dirty, full of garbage. The room was not very clean either, dirt on the carpet, dirty fridge and dirt on surfaces (phone, table). The hotel is in a convenient location just off the highway and close to shopping and food.

We arrived several hours before check in on a cold wet day. We were allowed into our room straight away for which we were very grateful. The room was spacious and newly refurbished, bed comfortable, microwave and coffee maker. The staff work really hard to make this a great value place to stay

Visited this motel last month and the people were helpful and pleasant. Clean rooms and nice view. Near by many restaurants and a mall. Went to Romios, got coupon from front staff for 10% off. Really enjoyed.

Check-in clerk was efficient. Three women shared two firm but comfortable queen-sized beds. Room was just big enough, just clean enough but okay. There were no 'disable grab bars' in the bathroom, I guess that is why the tissue holder was broken. There was a good-enough continental breakfast so we each found something. The other guests were all quiet by 11pm so we enjoyed a good night's sleep.
