Clean and quiet but bed and pillows not comfortable. Need bigger pillows for king bed was provided with twin pillows. Bed very flimsy and not comfortable. Would be better stay if bed was nice and firm.

Stayed at this Hampton inn while attending a function next door. its very convenient for the conference centre. just a short walk away, you can leave the car behind. The place is very nice and clean. Staff is also very helpful. there are quite a few fast food places around as well ... walking distance. I especially like that the parking lot has lots of room and its very safe. The only draw back is that I had a room near the busy street and its very buy and you can hear it at night. Otherwise it was a very good stay and very good value.

We wanted to thank Ashu for taking such good care of us! He was very through and helpful. We needed to book an adjacent room last minute and he made it happen for us. He was very accommodating. He made sure we were taken care of! The hotel is a little on the smaller side and it is very clean. We would definelty recommend this location.

It was comfortable and peaceful to stay with Hampton Hill. Close to highway and the best part is it’s next to Tim Hortons and easy find for anyone delivering food to your room. Security os good and so is hotel staff.

It was very great experience . Very good service and comfortable room . Very nice staff and good breakfast service . Very very clean hotel . I will plan my next trip also . Only one issue I had I stayed 5 nights I didn’t had same rate each night . I payed 1st night 199$ and more for other 4 . In my opinion it should be same or bit less for other nights

The staff here is top notch. I have stayed here many times and always receive great service. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast is always great. They always have fresh cookies every afternoon in lobby.

Went to the Toronto area to visit friends.
This hotel was central to the areas I was visiting.
The front desk person was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the usual you would find at a Hampton.

First off, let me start off by focusing on the positives. I've stayed at this hotel several times, and as other reviewers pointed out, this is a very nice hotel. It is very new and modern, and the room I had was clean, comfortable, and large. There is a very nice fitness facility and the free breakfast is great. The hotel staff was very friendly.
The reason I am giving an "average" rating however is starting in January of 2014 this hotel has decided to start charging an "Eco Environmental Fee". This fee amounted to $2.30 a day which for a frequent traveler or extended stay can add up. The fee was not disclosed anywhere when I booked the room online or checked into the hotel. I did not find out anything about the fee until I got the bill under the door.
I went to the front desk to question the fee and they advised it is to fund green environmental initiatives. I am all for saving the environment, but I feel it is a very dishonest practice for this hotel to attempt to pass this cost onto their customers in the form of an undisclosed fee. If anything, any cost for "green initiatives" should be honestly and fairly calculated into the advertised rate charged. I complained to the manager where I found paying the fee is optional and they removed it. If it is optional, why was I not asked whether I wanted to pay it or not when I checked in? To me the practice is deceptive and designed to make profits off of people's desire to help the environment. The hotel makes a great deal of money through their green initiatives by saving utility expenses so I still don't understand the point of the fee.

We went back to this hotel for New Year's Eve. There were so many wedding parties and other things going on but we never heard a peep from anyone else. I guess everyone went out early and stayed out late! We were the only people using the (sadly, cold) pool. I was really looking forward to swimming that night but it was just that too cold for my old bones. My son was shivering by the time he was done. It was minus 20 that night and there is no hot tub so it would have been nice to have a nice warm swim.
The next morning we were up early-ish and enjoyed the quiet breakfast area and then went for another brisk swim.
We really enjoy this hotel. It's close to home and makes a nice getaway with the kids. It's clean, the people are friendly and it's close to the mall (Bramalea City Centre) and restaurants.

It is quite far from downtown Toronto and would require several transfers between busses and subways using different transit authorities (TTC and Brampton). Use the app triplinx (or website) for all transit around the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) to get an idea of transit routes and times.
As I remember, it was equal to the number of night stays at the hotel.

The hotel does not operate a shuttle, however public transit is available. You will be required to take 2 buses.
