I was very pleasantly surprised by how genuinely friendly and welcoming the staff were. I also appreciated the constant cleaning I observed - the whole hotel smells like Lysol (in a good way!) I do feel bad taking point off for something that is beyond the hotel's control but it always blows my mind when whoever designs/plan these properties plop them down mere feet from super busy roads. I also booked the most expensive room (with the jacuzzi) and once again, whoever designed the hotel decided to place these suites on the noisiest side of the building. The traffic noise was incessant. I also didn't find the HVAC up to par - I found the room way too hot and even the fan wouldn't stay on. Another minor annoyance was the shower head - low pressure and old. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the jetted tub worked perfectly and hallway noise was not too bad. If I was coming back to the area, I would definitely consider staying again but would have to pick a cheaper room on the side of the building.

Room wasn’t clean enough and heating unit was not working properly and washroom was not clean enough. Heating unit was making so much noise. Towels were dirty too. So overall I am not satisfied with the room condition

Family wedding we booked 10 rooms service was bad from front desk to kitchen. Room closet door was missing and no mirrors in the room and we requested people from front desk didn’t do anything even we stopped by few times they kept on saying we will send someone which never happened

Clean and quiet but bed and pillows not comfortable. Need bigger pillows for king bed was provided with twin pillows. Bed very flimsy and not comfortable. Would be better stay if bed was nice and firm.

Jacuzzi had green algae-like pieces coming out of the jets when turned on. Got the room for the jacuzzi and was not happy that we weren’t even able to use it. Room otherwise clean. We were able to check in late with no issues.

Loved our stay! Comfortable and perfect! Loved the mask requirement. Loved seeing precautions being taken by hotel members. Loved the complimentary things provided. Loved the view and location of the hotel. Beds were super comfy, and the accessible shower was super convenient
