Hotel's Favourite
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and convenient to the downtown area. We used Uber to and from Broadway street, but it wasn’t far at all. The breakfast was nice as well. The staff was very friendly. The walk wasn’t that far from a good barbecue restaurant. This was the first hotel stay in Tennessee, and it started our vacation on a good note!

If you've shopped hotels in this area of Nashville then you will find Home2 the best value around. Big room with suite-type amenities. Bed was comfortable, we appreciated the larger size (bigger than mini) refrigerator, and the location was perfect for the music venue we attended. Free breakfast was almost European with the value and variety of offerings.

Excellent location - very close to major attractions and Broadway. The rooms were large, modern, and clean, beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed use of the full size kitchen. At one point, we called and asked for fresh towels, and they arrived almost immediately. Staff was friendly and efficient. The lobby was a great place to hang out in between activities and play the games or have a snack. Aside from the street traffic, there was very little noise. Breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of hot and cold foods.

The only downfall was the crowd at breakfast. Seating is very limited, so if you don't get there early, you will end up taking your food up to your room. We were lucky enough to find seats, but one person had to stay at all times so that our seats weren't taken.

I stayed here after Christmas through NYE. The nice things about this hotel include the convenient location (close to downtown and the Gulch area so you can walk to the main sites). The lobby has a cool vibe to it with lots of big screen TVs, lounge chairs and games. Breakfast has the usual fare and the staff that works the breakfast area are great. The gym is small but has the basic cardio and weights. I chose this hotel because the rooms come with a mini kitchen (fridge, sink, etc) and I was traveling with a 9 month old infant so that came in handy for making and storing formula and food. The rooms were overall spacious, comfy, and well appointed. That’s where the pros (and only reason for two stars at all) of the stay ends as our experience was otherwise abysmal from beginning to end. We were given room 305 when we checked in only to head to the room and find it totally not checkin ready (bed still not made and bathroom used). We were then given room 405. When I made the reservation, I requested a pack and play for the baby to sleep in. I then called the hotel to confirm that have them and they could see the request on the reservation. We didn’t have the pack n’ play in the original room 305 or the new room 405 after check in. The front desk staff said they would have housekeeping deliver it. It still didn’t arrive over an hour later so we re-requested before heading out for the day. When we returned to the room that evening it still wasn’t there. We were then told they don’t have them...(?!$@) but then the manager said they do and finally housekeeping delivered it but it was a disaster trying to put an overtired infant to bed waiting for a pack n play that was requested multiple times earlier that day (and before our arrival). Next, my mother in law went to bed (2 queen bed room) only to find luggage tags stuffed in the bed sheets which made it doubtful that the linens were cleaned/changed in the room. We notified housekeeping that we would like new sheets - they delivered them with the expectation that we change the bed ourselves. The next day, our trash was never emptied (overflowing with diapers and trash) so we called housekeeping/front desk twice - they never showed to take the trash so I put them in bags myself and left them out in the hallway. Before checkout, we brought all these issues up with the manager Megan Walker. She said our bill would be credited the equivalent of a night’s stay and that she would personally email me the corrected bill. I have yet to receive a corrected credit or any email from her (despite emailing her twice with zero response). As a Hilton Gold member, this was the worst customer service I have her experienced and I’m totally dismayed by the manger’s dishonesty. There are some serious communication issues at this establishment and don’t expect reliable service from housekeeping or management.

Granted it was a new hotel and perhaps some kinks were still being worked out, but I wouldn't stay here again. The staff in particular were a disaster. There was no one to greet you at the curb when you drove up. I waited 5 minutes by the valet stand before going to the front desk for assistance. Turns out the two people working valet were sitting at a table inside relaxing instead of maning their post. I was given a card with a number to text so they could retrieve my car while heading down downstairs any time I needed to leave, but the text function never worked during my stay. The front desk staff wasn't much better. One employee told me she couldn't help me because she wasn't clocked in. My room was not ready at check in time, and they provided no estimate of when it would be ready, though they did offer to check my bags. They ended up changing my room because the one I selected during online checkin was still waiting to be cleaned. Housekeeping knocked on my room door at 11:10AM the day of my departure asking what time we were leaving even though check out wasn't until 12PM.

Part of my rationale for selecting this hotel was because it was new, so I thought it would still be clean. There was a stain on the counter, the ledge and body wash dispenser in the shower were dirty (and empty), and there was a Qtip on the floor left from the previous guest. The bathroom was so small you couldn't use the toilet or shower without closing the door, and there is no exhaust fan. The water pressure was weak, and the shower head didn't have adjustable settings. There were loud noises between 3 and 4AM, and constant door slamming throughout the night. We could hear a couple arguing through their room door as we walked by. There was also construction either in the room above, below or next to ours judging by the ongoing sounds of a drill. Our stay included breakfast which was just ok. The eggs were not even close to warm, and the donut was cold like it was fresh out of the refrigerator.

On the positive side, it was a good size room with plenty of counter space, blackout blinds, a nice full length mirror, and a large tv that swivels. The beverages in the lobby throughout the day was a nice touch, but it would be better if there were options for non-coffee drinkers as well. They had hot water, but lemonade or tea would be a nice addition.

The location is great for the price of the stay, only 2 1/2 to 3 blocks from all the bars along the strip and the Ryman and 2 blocks from the Country Music Hall of Fame. Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly, room was a good size, plenty of room to move around. No real complaints.

Greeted courteously and checked in very quickly. The water bottles at check in were appreciated as it was late in the day and air travel always seems to dehydrate you. The place looks brand new. The rooms are spacious and very modern. The desk chair and work station made it easy to work in the room. While the bathroom was not overly large, the rain shower head made up for that. Rooms were very quiet at night, and never heard the elevator even though the room was the closest one to it.

We came to Nashville for a girls trip in April 2021. The hotel is conveniently located to Broadway and the Convention Center. The lobby has a nice game room with pool tables and Fooz ball table. There is fresh coffee available all the time. The elevators require key to access the floors for safety. The rooms are large and clean with a sleeper sofa and a kitchenette. Because of COVID they don't come in daily to clean your room but that wasn't an issue. You can request extra towels, toilet paper, etc. in needed. The pool area is nice and has a great outdoor seating with a fireplace. We enjoyed relaxing out here. The breakfast was great. On Saturday and Sunday there is a buffet style meal with several hot options and during the there were fewer options but still plenty of choices for both hot and cold items. And there was plenty of seating which is unusual in most hotels. The employees were all very nice and helpful. We had an easy check-in and check out. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend.

Booked this suite for a little girl's trip from Friday through Wednesday. I really have no major complaints about our stay.
Our suite offered a small kitchenette that included a full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and countertop.
Next to the kitchen that was a small table that could be used as a work area. In the same vicinity was a double sized pull-out couch with a chaise. The suite was rather large and held two queen beds... Lots of dresser and hanging space. The bathroom came with a stand-up shower & full size sink. Amazing soap offered called SoapNotMusic in the shower, same brand hair shampoo and conditioner.
Every morning we were offered hot breakfast that contained of hash browns, sausage, biscuit and gravies, waffles with a variety of syrups and general regular Continental breakfast.
I would definitely stay at these accomodations again and had no major complaints. A flat pillows but I guess that's on me since I never asked for better pillows. The AC was super cold (ask for an extra blanket or you'll freeze)

We booked two rooms for 7 nights each. One of our rooms (512) TV didn’t work. We could only use our Netflix account on it. No other stations worked. We told the front desk the first day that it didn’t work and they told us that they would repair it and it never happened.
During our stay both of our room’s toilets quit flushing. We called the front desk about the toilets not working. We were told that they would send someone up to repair them. We waited 4 hours (until midnight) and at that point my husband had to repair the toilets. We had to use the hotel lobby bathrooms instead of our hotel room bathrooms.
The first 3 days that we stayed at the hotel we had warm showers, but as the hotel filled up for the weekend we then took cold showers for 3 days.
We asked for housekeeping to come on our 3rd day there to clean our bathrooms, kitchens, take out the trash and replace our towels and washcloths. They never came and serviced our rooms. We had to go down to the front desk and ask for linens and toilet paper. We asked for service again on the 4th day and never received it. We had to take our own trash out and then go down to the front desk and ask for replacement trash can liners.
