I called the number connected to the the Hampton inn website and I was asked which hotel I was staying in, I told them Brampton and I asked if the pool at this location was open, I was told yes.
Upon arrival I found out it was not open.
I was also not informed that a credit card had to be used or a debit card on file with a freeze of the card. Had I of known this I would have been better prepared but yet again, I just wasn’t informed.

Dear cdanie969658, Thank you for your feedback. We certainly understand how frustrating it can be for being misinformed. We're sorry you had a terrible stay with us. Please note that the pool had been closed much of the year due to the municipal bylaw in place in light of the current pandemic. We're surprised to hear that you were informed otherwise. As for the "freeze of the card", we process a preauthorization upon arrival for possible incidental charges you may incur during your stay. This practice is considered industry standard.
