The room at the Hampton was very modern, new and clean. The bed was very comfortable and offered us a great nights sleep. The location was very convenient to Brampton, Vaughan, and even Toronto via Hwy 427.
Breakfast was included and there was a good selection that was always topped up. The breakfast area was a good size except when the hotel was at maximum occupancy. We had to wait for seating on a couple of occasions during breakfast but that was more due to inconsiderate patrons that chose to use the eating area as a conversation pit and would not give up their tables after they had enjoyed their meal to those waiting to begin their meals. It may be wise for the hotel to post signage identifying maximum table occupancy times such as 20 to 30 minutes.

From booking the room to checking out we had the best experience we have ever had at a hotel. We booked through priceline..great website. Morning of our check in I called to ask if there was anyway we could check in early as we had a wedding to attend. The receptionist said she could try but no guarantee...completely understood. Sure enough we got a phone on our cell telling us the room was ready(2 hours early). Check in was efficent and very friendly. When we got into the room(standard King) I couldnt believe hos wonderful the room felt. The furniture is placed like a typical room and it made the world of difference. It was super clean and fresh. the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The bathroom was large, clean and luxurious feeling. As we were leaving for our function we were asked if we knew how to get there ok, to have a great time and they would see us in the morning. Made us feel great. In the morning we went down for breakfast(typical hotel complimentary breakfast). Wish there was a bit more variety. But overall food was hot, fresh, and good. Upon checking out the staff was friendly. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Cant wait to return.

I called the number connected to the the Hampton inn website and I was asked which hotel I was staying in, I told them Brampton and I asked if the pool at this location was open, I was told yes.
Upon arrival I found out it was not open.
I was also not informed that a credit card had to be used or a debit card on file with a freeze of the card. Had I of known this I would have been better prepared but yet again, I just wasn’t informed.

Dear cdanie969658, Thank you for your feedback. We certainly understand how frustrating it can be for being misinformed. We're sorry you had a terrible stay with us. Please note that the pool had been closed much of the year due to the municipal bylaw in place in light of the current pandemic. We're surprised to hear that you were informed otherwise. As for the "freeze of the card", we process a preauthorization upon arrival for possible incidental charges you may incur during your stay. This practice is considered industry standard. This hotel was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Location was perfect for attending an event at Embassy Grand...literally only steps away. All employees, including front desk and breakfast room staff, were extremely helpful, professional and friendly, making for a very pleasant stay. Kudos to this Hampton Inn team, and thank you!
