Tour guide was excellent. She provided so much detail on a small sampling of the art including the technique used, the artists message, and perspective. I highly recommend this tour.

great collection with lots of masterpieces - however it must bee noted that no photography is allowed - this is not clearly communicated and many visitors were yelled at by members of staff, moreover, the queuing system to get inside the museum is inadequate with many staff seemingly not understanding the system themselves - even with online tickets you must queue up to get a QR ticket and then queue to get in - nice cafe although the turn round on tables is slow

A disaster, i never got my entranceticket, tried to get in contact by phone and message but no response, will never use this service again!

They took the money and ruined my plan to visit the Alhambra. I arrived at the place and they canceled our tickets and did not return the money to me. I do not recommend this application Shame on you. They are scamming people.

A 10 minute walk down the Avinguida Gaudi from the crowded Sagrada Familia is this relatively new tourist attraction and a must visit after your trip to the Cathedral. Here you'll see once again that Art Nouveau in Barcelona went way beyond Gaudi and was woven into so many other civic building projects. Sant Pau was a large municipal hospital from 1912 all the way to 2009. A complex of 12 stunning art deco buildings have now been restored are definitely worth a visit. No crowds and you can stroll around much of the complex admiring the , tiled turrets and rooftops, mozaics, stained glass, etc. One building even recreates what an old ward looked like compete with a solarium visiting room. If you're an art deco fan don't miss this.

The old masters are a little dark and the subject matter is mostly kind of boring to me. It may be someone else’s cup of tea but I think it would not be something I would have visited if I knew what art was in the museums. I much preferred the Reina Sofia truth be told

Bought this ticket a month in advance. When I arrived it was a national holiday and no ticked was needed! Asked for a refund…will see if I get it.

Beautiful museum. Easy access to booking. The vast collection displays an all encompassing historical view of Spain and the people responsible for its rich history.

The opening line of the email said: Alhambra tickets. When we got to Alhambra our tickets were only for the gardens and Generalife. I would have kept searching had I known this in advance. I had even emailed asking some questions since originally were were going with a one year old. The response was to look at the email.

I was enabled to download my ticket so couldn’t go. The email kept asking me to to go to my travel app but my app said I didn’t have any tickets - I wish I could go today would Re hour paying again

I am very disappointed in this service. I never received my actual tickets and ended up paying myself! When I requested them it was hours after I entered the Museum! I would like a refund as they were then useless!

So much to see. We had a guide which helped us navigate the huge space. Definitely need at least 3-4 hours. Cafe was good place to take a break.

Without a meeting location posted on the late arrival “ticket” , we went to what I researched was the only entry point - Puerta Del Leon. There were two very long lines of people waiting to enter. We asked an attendant where the skip the line entry was. He said, “there is No skip the line entry into Alcazar- these lines are the way in.” Then he looked at the tickets we received and stated, “these are not entry tickets- come with me to check the computer.” After 10 minutes, he printed our 4 tickets and sent us to the back of the line for entry. Very misleading process TripAdvisor- and not as advertised. We were lucky to have a helpful attendant.

We were not able to skip the line as the title is f this event says. Also, just a warning to others - though not the fault of this vendor, the audio guide that is available at the Alcazar does not work well at all. None of my group could get the audio portion to work with any of our headphones.

There was no skip the line. Despite this, it took us only 5 minutes to enter the alcazar. The building is magnificent and the gardens are sublime.
