    5 stars to Park Guell
Well organized tour, liked that it was a small group. Specially liked Park Guell. It had so many interesting sights and structures. Our tour guide was knowledgable and fun. Highly recommend. Decided against going up the tower at Sagrada Familia, we were too tired by then and the number of steps to descend seemed overwhelming.

Good time but difficult in the summer with the heat
We thoroughly enjoyed the park and our tour guide. It was good to know the history behind it. We finished the park in about an hour, then went to transfer to extremely warm bus. Julia tour bus was baking in the sun and it took a very long time to cool off making the ride to sagrada Familia uncomfortable. It also dropped us off very far from the church and then we had to walk in the heat. The length of time between the end of the park tour and the beginning of the sagrada Familia tour was also unnecessary and we had to kill time just walking around getting a drink and food. The sagrada Familia was amazing we’ve been before, but Tour Guide never took us downstairs to look up Gowdy’s architectural history work like we’ve seen before.

Not tecomend for teens and adults. If attractions dosn’t work, then no one will inform you about it,and they don’t refund
1of 5 Be careful when buying tickets. Ferrari land attractions are for very young children. RedForce and Thrill Towers are interesting 10+ for people. Before buying tickets, ask whether all attractions are open. The main attraction is RedForce, which tends to not work and is no longer interesting for children 10+. Very expensive parking space, you can leave it outside for free. I rate the price, types of attractions, entertainment 4 out of 10. Bad customer service and attitude towards the customer.

Gloria was truly the best tour guide I could have asked for! She was very informative on the history of Montserrat and the surrounding areas. She helped to answer any questions that we had.

Oliver is a Subject Matter Expert for Park Guel!
Oliver was tremendous! We really enjoyed the tour of Park Geul! The tour was bilingual in French and in English. He provided opportunities for us to stop and take photos at the “Kodak” spots!

    Safe, friendly, knowledgeable!
Oliver was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He is a local, as in, he grew up on the same street as La Sagrada Familia, so he is super familiar with the area. Reccomend.

    amazing!!! Oliver is wonderful
Oliver was the best tour guide! I learned so much and he was very interactive. I love that he grew up here on the street of where La sagrada familia sits, so he had a lot of personal knowledge. I would definitely recommend him!!

Tour guide had a poor understanding of Guidi’s history and was unable to answer questions. Rushed through Batllo House. When we got to La Predrera, guide forgot her “Julia” umbrella and we waited for over 45 minutes for them to find the people who signed up for the tour.

Dear emmelineo, Thank you for sharing your feedback, It saddens me to learn that the Gausi's houses guided you didn't live up to your expectations, I would like to inform you that there is a small amount of time between the two guide visits take place; nevertheless, we will take your comments into account to see whether there is room for improvement, Sincerely,

Roberto was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. He gave us the background of the buildings, Gaudi and his workers as well as the people who hired him. I would gladly go on another tour with him!

Miri was great showing us around the city and explaining the different ‘casas’. Had a peak of her handwritten notes, very detailed.

Yes. After 20 years I revisit both of them in 2019. I would suggest you visit yourself rather than follow a guide as it is not a big site, a lot of pictures you can take and the audio guide Machine is very user friendly. I bought the skip the line ticket from internet, as I guess there are many people , and the Casa Batllo which is 6 mins walk from Casa Mila can actually queue up to buy a ticket , we found it interesting as well , as they also have faked snow inside, very pretty. For ladies , the Chanel , LV ... shops nearby and you can buy few items with good discount with 20%tax refund , after the shopping, the tax refund shop just located near LV shop, u can ask the staff. Beware of the queue!
