      5 stars to Park Guell
Well organized tour, liked that it was a small group. Specially liked Park Guell. It had so many interesting sights and structures. Our tour guide was knowledgable and fun. Highly recommend. Decided against going up the tower at Sagrada Familia, we were too tired by then and the number of steps to descend seemed overwhelming.

Good time but difficult in the summer with the heat
We thoroughly enjoyed the park and our tour guide. It was good to know the history behind it. We finished the park in about an hour, then went to transfer to extremely warm bus. Julia tour bus was baking in the sun and it took a very long time to cool off making the ride to sagrada Familia uncomfortable. It also dropped us off very far from the church and then we had to walk in the heat. The length of time between the end of the park tour and the beginning of the sagrada Familia tour was also unnecessary and we had to kill time just walking around getting a drink and food. The sagrada Familia was amazing we’ve been before, but Tour Guide never took us downstairs to look up Gowdy’s architectural history work like we’ve seen before.

Not tecomend for teens and adults. If attractions dosn’t work, then no one will inform you about it,and they don’t refund
1of 5 Be careful when buying tickets. Ferrari land attractions are for very young children. RedForce and Thrill Towers are interesting 10+ for people. Before buying tickets, ask whether all attractions are open. The main attraction is RedForce, which tends to not work and is no longer interesting for children 10+. Very expensive parking space, you can leave it outside for free. I rate the price, types of attractions, entertainment 4 out of 10. Bad customer service and attitude towards the customer.

Gloria was truly the best tour guide I could have asked for! She was very informative on the history of Montserrat and the surrounding areas. She helped to answer any questions that we had.

Oliver is a Subject Matter Expert for Park Guel!
Oliver was tremendous! We really enjoyed the tour of Park Geul! The tour was bilingual in French and in English. He provided opportunities for us to stop and take photos at the “Kodak” spots!

      Safe, friendly, knowledgeable!
Oliver was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He is a local, as in, he grew up on the same street as La Sagrada Familia, so he is super familiar with the area. Reccomend.

      amazing!!! Oliver is wonderful
Oliver was the best tour guide! I learned so much and he was very interactive. I love that he grew up here on the street of where La sagrada familia sits, so he had a lot of personal knowledge. I would definitely recommend him!!

We had a great tour of the city with Jonathan! His English was very good and he was patient and informative. He truly made the experience once we will not forget!

We toured all the highlights of Barcelona and he pointed out so many interesting things that we would have missed if we walked it on our own. Even my teenage kids enjoyed the tour!

My personal highlights were stopping at one of the oldest bakery’s in Barcelona and eating delicious pastries. We also got to see some of the oldest structures and heard the history of each one. Another highlight was taking the cable cars up Montjuic and seeing the whole city from the top to include the coastline.

Finally, and this is a must, we had the Paella cooking class option at the end of the tour which was simply AWESOME! We all had a part in cooking our delicious Paella under the wonderful instructions of our Chef (wine included).

Tour was supposed to be in English, and the guide gave a bilingual tour. Very irritating listening to a foreigner language 60% or more of the time. English was spoken with a heavy accent and very hard to understand. She was pleasant however.
Plus the audio guide had ONE volume-LOUD!

Dear Cynthia P, Thank you for sharing this review, I sincerely regret to hear our Sagrada Familia tour did not live up to your expectations. Please note, that not all our tours are operated in English or English only. We do offer time slots daily in which English is the only spoken language, but we do offer bilingual tours too, which was your tour's option. Nevertheless, I am glad to learn you appreciated our guide's performance, Best Regards,

An excellent way to get a taste of Barcelona . Initially walking then get on the coach . Cable car ride included. Gabby our guide was excellent. Very personable and knowledgeable. She even recommended a fabulous restaurant at Las Arenas at the top of the old bullring with fabulous views over the city. Well done Gabby and thank you for a great tour

The walking portion of the tour was very interesting and informative. Our guide Miri was dedicated to sharing as much information as she could with anecdotal stories but she did so without overwhelming us. The bus tour portion was also good. I loved the cable car ride.

Very enjoyable trip. Spent the morning walking and exploring Barcelona before getting to rest our legs on the bus. Guide was very friendly and informative and let us take a break to grab a small bite from the local cafe's/stores.

The views were wonderful. Jonathan was a knowledgeable and friendly guide. He provided just the right amount of information, and gave us time to digest what we heard. We loved his insights into little known spots to return to for special experiences.

We paid for a 7 day tour starting in Barcelona ending in Madrid. The bus, the local guides, the hotels all very good. The planning and communication of Julia Travel was poor at best. Day 1. Arrive in Barcelona. Driver picked us up. Nice hotel. Tour sch for 8 am Sat. We had to go to the tour office. Print out in hand no one knew where it was. That was Fri night. Sat. Morning new front desk guy said. It was across town. At least 20 min. Breakfast inc. at hotel. Except breakfast starts at 730. Tour at 8. No time. Pay for a cab. The darn office is a tiny little place at the bus station. Tour was real good. Tried to confirm at office if our ride would be there Sunday morning to take us to the train station. She couldn't confirm. Gave us a 24 hr number that no one answered until 6 a.m. on Sun. That was the first 24 hours. Lots of similar incidents during the week. Time to leave Madrid after a week. Driver never showed. Another 30 in cab fare.
