Drivers arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The cars were nice and clean. I recommend and will definitely use again!

I wish I was able to remember our drivers. I remember being thrilled when we found we had the same driver two of the three times we used J&G Elegance during our trip. Both drivers were lovely, professional, and on time. The vehicles were spotless and well maintained. I would highly recommend J&G Elegance to anyone and I look forward to using their services again next time I am in Barcelona. Communication with the company was easy despite the seven hour time difference. I communicated mainly via email. I had one call with them while in Barcelona that was also a positive experience for this non Spanish speaking traveler.

I got 1 day of Private Tour and 2 days of Private Transportation and all were spot on. All the drivers were amazing especially Sami who is very helpful with my parents who uses a wheelchair. Vehicles are in top condition.

We recently took a tour/transfer with J&G elegance cars after a cruise which finished in Barcelona. We were picked up at the cruise port, had a 4 hour tour of Barcelona and then dropped off at the airport ready for our flight. The pick up and drop off were so easy and straight forward. Our driver Daniel was an the port waiting for us, he was easy to find, having my name on visible on an iPad, but I had also been given his number to WhatsApp should I have been unable to find him. We were able to take all our luggage with us in the car. The tour was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for and totally tailored to what we wanted to see. Plus with some added extras we never would have thought of on our own (some very beautiful stops with views over the whole city, the perfect picture spots). At the points we wanted to get out and look around/enter attractions, Daniel waited in the car with all our luggage for us. The car was beautifully clean and very comfortable, a booster seat was even provided for our 8 year old. This was definitely the best transfer service we’ve had! The booking process with Reme was so easy and straight forward. The whole process from start to finish was just so seamless and this the perfect way to spend a morning after a cruise when your flight is later in the day. We will definitely be recommending J&G Elegance to anyone we know visiting Barcelona and if we’re lucky enough to be back again will definitely look to arrange another transfer/ tour.

Our family of 5 did a private tour with pick up from Sitges, a stop at a Penedes winery, and a visit to Montserrat. Our driver, Carlos, picked us up in a nice, spacious van. having recently used J&G Elegance for multiple voyages in Barcelona we MUST say, they are number one in our opinion. Professional chauffeurs with immaculate vehicles...5+ star service. The most pleasant experiences. On time, understanding as we arrived at Barcelona airport that immigration / customs clearance took over 2 hours...our driver was still there for us after that stressful experience...he explained they understand and have access to information as to 'customs delays and load'. We will ALWAYS use J&G while in the area. They know where to deliver us at the cruise port, help us get a porter for our luggage and direct us where to go to avoid the long check in lines. Professional and timely service was provided when getting picked up/dropped off at the airport/hotel and being dropped off and picked up from cruise terminal. Our flight was delayed and received communication that they was aware and had adjusted our pick-up time at the airport. Highly recommend using this company.

I recently visited Barcelona and utilized J&G Elegance Cars for a private ride from the airport to our hotel, and later from my hotel to the cruise port. We had a separate driver for each ride, but both were early, well dressed and very professional. They were happy to discuss some of the sites we passed when we asked questions. The cars were black Mercedes and both in excellent condition and clean. I conversed a bit with the owner on WhatsApp, who was amazingly helpful in getting everything scheduled. I will definitely use J&G on my next Barcelona trip and highly recommend.
