I I did the Spanish Workshop and La Boqueria tour in July. I took the course solo but was joined by 10 other guests. The market tour and tapas tasting at the start of the workshop were phenomenal and our chef/guide was extremely knowledgeable about the market and Spanish cuisine. The cooking portion of the workshop was very fun, and there was enough activity to keep everyone in the group busy and engaged. This was all followed by a chance to sit down at the end and enjoy the food we cooked with new friends. The workshop space was gorgeous, and the organizers put a lot of work and attention into preparing the room and the ingredients beforehand. This was one of the best cooking classes and workshops I have ever done.

Amazing experience! Chef and staff was amazing along with location of Class! Made so many additional items with the paella. Went to an amazing food market prior to cooking. Chef was very knowledgeable and shared history of Spain and it’s food. Highly recommend, and would do again on our next visit to Barcelona ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was by far my favorite part of our trip to Spain. We were able to learn so much about where the food we were eating was from and why it is so popular in Spain. Making the food was also so much fun and the food tasted amazing! Our chef was so funny and kind and welcomed us into the experience immediately. I would love to return and take the class again.

Our afternoon cooking class was perfect! Do not pass up the chance to try this out if you are visiting Barcelona! Our chef instructor Jorge was very patient, fun, and funny! The tapas and paella were delicious and Jorge shared the history of the dishes with our group! The tour through the markets was very fun - learning the best places to shop for snacks, meals, or cooking ingredients! After all the cooking was complete everyone enjoys the meal together at a large table! The JustRoyal class is hosted in a really cozy apartment with a large open kitchen island. It was great to get to know the other class participants while cooking and eating together! Jorge was very patient with everyone and willing to re-demonstrate or re-explain techniques so that everyone could learn them! I know more about both Catalan and Spanish cuisine. My wife and I are excited to try cooking these recipes once we get home! Please also consider giving Jorge a raise! He’s an essential and integral part of this experience!

Great hospitality. No cooking experience needed! Had a great time, I came to Barcelona to visit my sister studying abroad here and this was a perfect afternoon to spend all together with the family. we laughed and cooked, drank wine and eat. A memory that I will have stories to tell for years to come, and cooking skills that will be great to show off to all my friends in the states! Que Bueno!
