However, we regret that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the inconveniences with the room window, the shower, and the lack of conditioner.
Regarding the window in your room, we would like to inform you that we have different types of rooms, some interior and some exterior. We encourage you to book one of our exterior rooms with a Rambla View on your next stay to enjoy more natural light and privacy.
Concerning the shower and conditioner, our reception is available 24 hours a day. If you had informed us, we would have resolved your issues as quickly as possible.
We also apologize if our breakfast did not live up to your expectations. Our breakfast selection includes fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, three or four different varieties of cheese, more than four types of typical sausages, ham, turkey, four or five types of fresh fruit, fruit skewers, four types of cereals, eggs, sautéed mushrooms, hard-boiled eggs, tuna, Spanish and zucchini omelettes, bacon, sausages, various breads (including whole grain), and a variety of pastries and bakery items—all for only €14, with the option to eat as much as you want. As you can see from most reviews, our customers generally love our breakfast. Regarding the coffee, please note that it is whole and natural, made fresh upon request. While many hotels have coffee machines, those that offer higher-end coffee typically charge more than €14 per person.
Nevertheless, we will use your comments to make further improvements.
