I unexpectedly had to book the Banff Airporter at the last minute (same day) for my return to YYC from Banff, and I was really impressed! Plenty of time options available, even with me booking same day. The driver arrived at the time they said they would, the shuttle was very clean, and the seats were very comfortable. We stopped at a few places in Banff for pickups, and once in Canmore, before the drive back to Calgary. The shuttle ended up being full, but since the seats were so comfortable, it didn't feel like we were crammed in. The one-way rate was very reasonable, I was actually kicking myself that I didn't just book a roundtrip in the first place, instead of renting a car. I can't speak to the YYC to Banff route, but I remember seeing the shuttle at YYC arrivals, so it looked easy if you're going that way. I highly recommend the Banff Airporter!

Such a clever idea, easy pick up from hotel. Paid in advance to agree timescales ( kept to! ) luxury small coach, perfect trip, last piece of sight seeing. Dropped off at Calgary International by very friendly driver. Easy exit from The Rockies 😊

Banff is almost two hours from Calgary airport and other transport in the evenings is limited, so catching the last (10:30pm) shuttle after a late flight is a must. Because our flight was delayed, I called the Banff Airporter office twice, begging them to delay shuttle departure while we plodded through a crowded customs and baggage claim area in Calgary. I am beyond grateful for the kind Banff Airporter desk manager who saw me sprinting past 15 airport exits to reach the shuttle before it left! And I am equally grateful to the driver who waited 15 minutes for us. The ride was smooth and comfortable both ways. My one suggestion is to consider a station nearer the baggage claim area.

Excellent service. Seamless check in and cases were taken from us and loaded onto the transport by the driver. Modern clean and comfortable vehicle with careful and professional driver (Jeff I think???) Would definitely recommend to others and use again if travelling to this area.

I took Banff Airporter to Banff from Calgary and back at the end of my stay. Shuttle was prompt and very comfortable. Drivers are very courteous and friendly and know exactly where to drop you off. I would take Banff Airporter again if I am ever in Banff.

Very easy to schedule this service and contact for changes was also easy. The pick up and drop off times were spot on. The bus was comfortable and the driver friendly. Good pricing and a senior discount was a plus.

We arrived from Nova Scotia to the Calgary airport. Aug 4 2023. We walked a couple of mins to the Banff Airporter desk after we picked up our luggage. We were met with 2 smiling faces. They took our luggage and directed us to the wait area. We left on time and the shuttle was like new. Clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The large windows were perfect for the spectacular drive we had to Banff. This being our first time West, we were amazed at the views of the mountains. Our driver transported us safe and sound with a smile on his face! We would recommend the Banff Airporter for anyone looking for a clean , safe ,friendly and convenient drive from the Calgary airport to Banff. What a way to begin our trip to the West Coast. The people at Airporter are fantastic. My flight ended up cancelled and rescheduled and the staff at Airporter were able to reschedule my shuttle efficiently. They are friendly and the shuttle is impeccably maintained, comfortable and safe. Lovely experience.

Nice newer bus. It was clean. It went straight from Canmore area to Calgary International Airport. There were people already on the bus that had been picked up in Banff. Pickup is at Coast Hotel in Canmore. They have a nice lobby to wait in. There is a restaurant there too if you'd like a meal before your trip.
