My family of five stayed on 6-7 April. Room 9 has pool views, very clean and spacious. Staffs were very friendly and hospitable. We had a great experience. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 2 nights, and was pleased with my stay. I got a good promo rate with Agoda, which was great value.

The pool is the highlight; it is clean, and well maintained (it looks like it does in the photos).

The room was good too: it was clean, had strong aircon, with fridge included. The bathroom was a bit small, but still fine.

The restaurant area was attractive, although currently only serving breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Great location, close to good restaurants and bars, and only a couple of kilometres from the airport.

I would happily stay here again, especially in order to use the pool.

+1
Staff were friendly which is the only good point for me to be honest. Otherwise I was disappointed for the following reasons (some are illustrated by pictures)

There was a fridge in the room which had rust that didn’t work, there was what looks like mould in the bathroom. There was a electrical plug socket hanging half of the wall ( do not think safe to use). There was an extra guest on the floor- not sure if it was there for decoration or if it was alive ( picture will show you what I mean). The accommodation is right at the back of the main road. Which means you have a long path to walk down to get to it. Not ideal at night to be honest

Not an accommodation I would stay at again to be honest.

The hotel, room and pool photos are very deceptive. I would give this place a 2 star rating at most. The pool is nothing like in the photos and is very small. The rooms are also very cramped, smell musty and the furnishings are old. The bathroom is extremely tiny and of the standard of a hostel or camping ground. We booked the pool villa deluxe and thought we would be getting a fairly decent accommodation especially for the price they charge but were disgusted with the room! They should remove the "deluxe" because there's absolutely nothing at all deluxe about it. There was an electrical power point near the bed with the cover missing and exposed wiring, not safe at all when you have young children sleeping next to it. Breakfast isn't even included in the room price and the staff are not particularly friendly. They are not all that centrally located either as indicated because they are tucked all the way down a long lane and it's approximately a 15 - 20 min walk into town. Overall I would not recommend this hotel at all. There are much better options offering far more for much less. This hotel is long overdue for a complete renovation and upgrade.

(Poor customer service)

Our check in time was 1 pm. We arrived at 12:50 pm.Then, they gave us rooms that were not yet sanitized. There were leftovers on the table outside the room and beds were not yet made. We got checked in by 1:58 pm because rooms are not yet cleaned. Despite the fact, I contacted them multiple times that we will be checking in at exactly 1 pm.

Staff were rude and unprofessional. We ordered a pizza and after an hour we made a follow up. They told us to wait a bit more. We followed up again and the kitchen staff said they hadnt started yet. It took 4 hours to make a pizza 🥹 When the heater did not work, we also made several follow ups to call their attention. And the jacuzzi, aint working. For 4 days we paid and stayed, they never fixed it. Also, the staff were profiling. Foreigners received more attention even if we asked for their service first.

The only fascinating about them was the pool but the jacuzzi never worked lol
They just really stressed me out. Never received an apology from them. Not even apology complementaries.

Possibly Photoshop.
The room was so small, no cover on the outlet. I ask for a deluxe they said not available, under construction. No refund, the manager was rude. I will never recommend that place. Don't waste your time. Also, Agoda sucks too.

This is a very nice family friendly hotel and similar to many other reviews of similar type hotels, but the staff went out of their way to please my whole family. The front desk staff were very accommodating and were able to answer all my questions regarding the area, tours and also cheap shopping. The wait staff (especially Tin Tin) kept us entertained and were very pleasant to speak too. The Chef named Eric prepared a feast for our group of eight and also took the time to ask what type of food we preferred. The house keeping staff were quick to fix a problem created by my kids and the drivers were very knowledgeable and got us to and from our tours promptly. The property itself was quiet nice and the pool was the main feature. The location was very central (on Rizal Ave) and was walking distance to bars, convenience stores, pharmacies and numerous restaurants (5min from the famous Kinabuch Restaurant). I would like to finish off by saying that this place is nothing without the great staff.

A fantastic location, only minutes from the airport. A cheery face waiting to greet me at the airport, at no charge. Just as cheery faces to greet me upon arrival. It was awesome to be called by name rather than the usual "sir", which was wearing very thin.

Fantastic room, magnificent room, great bar, good restaurant......and only a short walk into town.

I can not speak highly enough about my stay.

Free airport to hotel transfers. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Room rates are very affordable and have basic amenities for your stay. A nice place to stay in Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan. Located near the airport and very easy to go around the city.
