While the first impression is good , once you enter the rooms, you start feeling a bit cheated. The rooms were dirty, bathrooms stinking and room size small. While the location of the hotel is good (its right on the main street), there were no other positives. We ordered a pizza from the restaurant which took 45 mins to come and that too half baked. Would recommend avoiding it, if you can.
I was a little shocked at the state of the room compare to the pictures. The rooms were clean which was good however the bathroom was off putting. The walls where stained and what looked like mould (a lot of it on all the walls including the sink unit) had been wiped away but not cleaned properly. There was a constant smell of drains.
On the plus side the shower was hot and the location was good, close to bars and restaurants. We drank at the bar but didn't eat there. The staff were lovely and helpful
First of all the staff is so sweet and friendly. Everyone from the Pick-up guy, the kitchen staff, the waitresses and the housekeepers.
We had a problem With a transfer Company but they helped us out, and everything was perfect.
The rooms are clean, the food is good and the pool is amazing.
The location is Also perfect.

Stayed for one night before flying home. The pool is a huge asset whilst waiting for a flight.
The standard rooms are average, not particularly clean and the bed a small double.
Fantastic location a short walk from the immaculate conception cathedral, us massacre memorial and the bay walk of street food.
We stayed 3 nights there and our room never got cleaned or checked we were missing toilet paper, the shower heating unit was very small and struggle to provide good water pressure. But it was close to the airport and within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes.
