very attentive and friendly staff. they will help you in anyhow to have a good staying at the hotel and on the island.

Rooms are basic, but very clean. A minibar is provided. Swimming pool is medium size, good for a splash.!

Very convenient location, very near to the airport, and surrounded by many pubs and restaurants. The only downside, by that time, was the side street to access the hotel, it was not paved, so it gets very murky when rains.

Our stay was pretty much average but nonetheless we were contented overall. Just would like to mention the good and and the "not so good" experiences that we had.

Good:
Just 3 min drive from the airport and the staff are happy to pick and/or take you to the airport for free; food is yummy (BTW, we are Filipinos living permanently in Australia now); free internet (Wi-fi); property itself is clean and staff are helpful and friendly with special mention to Janeth and Aileen from the restaurant. I like both of you!

Not so good:
Breakfast not included; during our first tour organised by Blue Lagoon Inn, the tour van had an expired tourism license and so we were delayed for at least an hour during the trip; the road going to the Inn coming from the main road is not pleasant (I think).

Cheers,
Anthony

We stayed here for 2 nights after our time in El Nido. We were happy with our room, which was pool side. It was small, but we really don't need much space and it was clean & cozy! We had great customer service from Blendy who went over and above to accommodate our needs! We ate great food in the restaurant and was topped off with exceptional service from Janet (who also makes great drinks) & Chang!
We definitely recommend the Blue Lagoon Inn and Suites.
Make sure you visit the underground river, we had to do a lot of waiting but it was Christmas and obviously one of the busiest time of the year, well worth the wait!

We stayed in this hotel for just one night to visit the underground river. Hotrl is situated fee minutes away from the airport. Booked the underground river tour from this hotel, prices were slightly higher than booking direct frok the agent, however it was very convenient, especially if you are staying there for a few hours.

This hotel is located within walking distance of both the airport and the centre of town. However it's location down a side street means it is still quiet. We arranged our underground river tour in advance through the hotel and the tour and service were also good.

We stayed in a pool-side room and it was simple but spacious and clean. The pool is a great feature, and probably the best feature of the hotel.

One low point is the restaurant. It is fairly expensive and the food is also rather bad. There are lots of better places around town.

Got a pickup from the airport (its only about 3 minutes away but the air conditioning was welcome), as well as welcome drinks on arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff are all pleasant young ladies who are more than willing to help with any problems or queries.

The room was a bit on the small side, but had air conditioning and a fridge. If you're staying in Puerto princesa it's probably not for a more than a couple of days anyway so no need to unpack! The pool was nice and the drink and food served at the restaurant were very good and reasonably priced.

You can book the underground river tour through the hotel too, just email them when you book so they can sort out all the details for you in advance.
They have a public computer and printer here too, which makes booking and printing the next parts of your trip hassle free, a nice touch.

Overall, would recommend for an affordable short stay in the area.

The pool was very clean, our underwater pictures looked really awesome because of it. The room was small but was not really an issue since it is clean, the bed is kinda small though for two persons but we still managed to have a good night sleep. The location is very good, near the airport, near restaurants. Their breakfast is also good,

Everything in our stay is pretty good. Although they weren't able to grant our request to have a room that is at the ground floor, we were still happy that we chose Blue Lagoon.

We had a 3night stay at Blue Lagoon. It is a quick drive to the airport as it is very near, but the unbelievably quiet. Blue Lagoon is just a walking distance to the famous bars and restos in town. We enjoyed our stay especially the kids, they enjoyed the pool, which is the highlight of the place. We booked our tours thru them. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room for 5 is big with 2 bathrooms. They provide basic toiletries (shampoo, soap), we brought our own toiletries. But they do provide room towels. Pool towels can be requested at the frontdesk. Food servings are big enough to fill your stomach! I will stay here again.

Upon arrival in the airport, we were expected to be picked-up by the hotel but since our flight was delayed, there was no one there. We asked the other airport representatives in the area and they were helpful enough to call the hotel and the hotel asked us to board a taxi and they will pay for it. Upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted and proceeded to check-in. While waiting for our room, we decided to have a late lunch. There are a lot of food choices and the price is reasonable. The surroundings were very peaceful and clean. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. The room we stayed in was a family room (upgrade!) and it was very spacious for a family of 5. We also booked our underground tour in the hotel and they gave us a discount for the kids. In our last day, we planned to do the Honda Bay tour since our flight was around 6pm butwe were not given late check-out but instead, they offered to store our luggage and use the public shower room to clean up. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and they helped us have a perfect stay in Palawan. I will definitely go back to this place. Lastly, my wife left some swimming apparel in the pool and they shipped it to Manila for free. Now that is what I call service! Thank you Blue Lagoon!

My husband and I booked a standard room, it says that the room is for two people but when we got inside the room, we saw a single bed with one pair of pillows. We went back to the reception and she said the bed is for two! We will never fit into that. Considering that there is only 1 pair of pillows, it means that the bed is only for 1 person. Since we cannot cancel the booking, we just took the suite which is not good at all. They said that the bed is a queen / king size bed but it is not, it is a double-size bed! Shampoo is in sachets (local brand). I am also keen on cleanliness and I did not appreciate the toilet. I did not get a chance to swim in the pool because it is dirty, with algae on the sides. Bad thing is we booked for 2 nights. I will never go back to this hotel again.
